Passing-cloud Resort·Wenyuan (The Old Town of Lijiang)

On the second day after arriving in Lijiang, we chose to stay at Bo Xin Hotel. From the check-in to the check-out on the second day, the staff provided the ultimate service and care. We went to the wrong designated location, and it happened to rain. The tricycle driver braved the heavy rain and came out of the ancient city to pick us up. In this embarrassing situation, the enthusiastic service of the staff soothed our emotions. Let’s talk about the room configuration. The hotel helped us upgrade the room type for free. The towels, combs and linen slippers in the room can be taken away for free. This is the first time I feel at ease to use hotel towels. The check-out time on the second day was very late. After arriving at the hotel, the housekeeper also provided us with afternoon tea and souvenirs. It was very heartwarming to encounter such service after climbing the snow-capped mountains for a day. This stay at Bo Xin was the biggest highlight of our trip to Lijiang. Next time I come, I will choose to stay here!

簡直是民宿天花板的存在，主動給好評

房間居住舒適，還可以泡澡，温馨的配備了一次性的浴缸薄膜，乾淨衞生。酒店環境也非常美，並且很安靜，出門就入古巷，鬧中取靜。有一點小疑問，酒店的自然景觀和建築景觀，還有房間陳列，都比圖片宣傳的好看，這是一點遺憾，酒店的宣傳還沒有真實的酒店美。特別是酒店的工作人員，笑容可掬，待人接物都真誠友善。我們到酒店是深夜了，接待的妹妹，兩手提着行李箱，生怕發出響聲，吵到別人。酒店的企業文化和管理是值得點讚的。

Overall five-star praise! The service is very warm, better than most five-star hotels in China. Compared with cold hotels, it feels like returning home. It is very humane. They pick us up at the airport, send our luggage, prepare breakfast in advance, and can adjust various services to meet our schedule. The yard is very comfortable, full of green plants, spotless. You can see that the master takes care of it every day, especially the succulents are beautiful! You can sit and read books and drink tea all day, which perfectly enhances the travel experience. There is also a "tile cat" on the roof opposite the homestay, which is really a auspicious place😄
