Bathroom is clean but old, provide fake Dyson dryer which hairbrush part falls off😰patio chair cushion are old and dirty. Service were great😍could do some upgrading in room.

The hotel is conveniently located near 束河Old town.  It is clean, quiet and has beautiful gardens. We have booked a suite with balcony facing the Jade Dragon Snow mountain. Unfortunately, the view was partially blocked by overgrown trees from the yard. Wifi speed is slow. Suggest to install warm toilet seats as the weather is cold when we arrived. The friendly staff there however is helpful especially Coco 小唐 who personally ensure that any service request is readily looked after. Good job Coco!

Just pure meditation. My room / villa was incredible, the staff was amazing. My trip host ( Abby Hu , Xiao Hu ) such a sweet woman who helped me all along my trip. The massage therapist done such a great work. The activities in hotel are so interesting ( Tai chi with Teacher 周维林 ) and the environment was just a blessing. I also done a tour recommended by the hotel , I highly recommend the Tiger Leaping Gorge hike, William was just the best Tour Guide. Finally, the food was very great, I even got a take away breakfast I could choose as I was leaving early. Thank you for this moment.
