酒店如置身於園林之中，安靜優美，拍照也非常出片，客房都是獨棟建築，寬敞且都有庭院，我們4人住的是複式別墅，客房設施比較齊全，服務人員也是有呼必應，還有電瓶車接送。不足的方面，開業時間十多年 ，客房有些設備老化了，我們這次住的房間樓上樓下的衞生間設備都發生了一些故障，酒店服務人員雖然都修復了，但的確造成了一些困擾。建議酒店在客人入住前，應加強客房設施檢查，增強住宿體驗感。

開闊的庭院，麗江鉑爾曼的建築設計走進來感覺十分踏實莊重。服務人員暖心周到，夜間入住前台姐姐也都非常耐心等待我預訂房間。餐廳部的Bella十分盡心，在我需要幫忙的時候，毫不猶豫地走來幫忙提行李，並且關注我的身體狀態、提醒高反等症狀。這次衹住了一晚，有機會會回來慢慢體驗。

The Naxi-style architecture blends seamlessly into the landscape, and the views from the windows are breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains and idyllic countryside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful details. The breakfast was extensive, with authentic local snacks.
