我想問個問題！如果我衹能在浴室洗頭髮是吧？沐浴、洗頭、護髮都是鎖死的！請問如果我必須洗頭的時候洗澡是吧？你規定的？我想在洗頭台洗頭洗不了，我得去浴室捧洗頭水和護髮素！泡澡衹能泡澡什麼都沒有！否則就泡半截然後出去捧！請問這合理麼？你可以固定！你多放幾個地方不行麼！什麼鬼設計！***！

走進酒店直接面對着雪山。大園子很是闊氣了。走進院子房間客廳，很適合一大家子或者團建的。前台服務也很好，挺細緻的。觀光和居住挺舒適的了

這次公婆去麗江度假，特意選了鉑爾曼度假酒店，回來後一直唸叨着要好好誇誇那裡的Rita姑娘。兩位長者年紀大了，出門總有些細碎的顧慮，沒想到從入住開始，Rita就把一切都安排得妥帖又暖心。
知道他們喜歡安靜，Rita特意幫忙升級了了視野好又清凈的房間，每天見面，她都會笑着打招呼，主動問長者前一天睡得好不好，有沒有想去的地方需要幫忙規劃。擔心他們吃不慣當地口味，Rita又貼心推薦了避雷的餐館和周邊的旅遊推薦，這種把客人當家人一樣的細緻，真的讓我們做晚輩的特別放心。
真心感謝Rita的照顧，讓公婆的麗江之行既舒心又温暖，也讓我們覺得選對了酒店。鉑爾曼有這樣的員工，真是太讓人驚喜了！👍
