Pemanas ruangan menyala tetapi tidak menyala. Ketika saya memberi tahu meja depan, dikatakan bahwa kamar kami memanas beberapa jam lebih lambat dari kamar lain. Butuh waktu 2 jam untuk kamar lain dan 4 jam untuk kamar saya , terasa sangat dingin sepanjang malam. Saya tidak bisa tidur nyenyak sepanjang malam, dan teman saya bersin sepanjang malam karena kedinginan, dan meja depan tidak menyelesaikan masalah apa pun! Terletak di tengah Kota Kuno Shuhe. Anda tidak bisa sampai ke sana langsung dengan taksi. Anda memerlukan shuttle bus untuk mengambilnya. Layanan pelanggan tidak mengatur sebelumnya untuk menjemput Anda di titik pengantaran dan membawa Anda kembali ke B&B. Beberapa orang menyeret kotak itu dan berjalan dengan tas itu selama 10 menit sebelum mereka menemukannya. Pengalamannya tidak bagus, saya tidak akan kembali lagi!

We found a perfect place to stay in LiJiang. The hotel is so attentive to details they even turn the floor heater on prior to our arrival to make sure we can quickly settle down comfortably in the hotel room. Because we checked in late to the hotel, they packed the high tea pastry and drinks for us too. Thanks to 阿柏who is so attentive to the details. We also got free room upgrade too. We were hoping we could stay longer in these hotel if times allow. We definitely come back again.

The place is very clean, service is very good. We are from Malaysia and the food suits our appetite very well. The butler is very responsive as well, very quick response to our queries throughout the trip. Location was perfect, is located at the quieter side of the old town. Easy access to restaurants and bars. One downside: We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast are the same throughout our stays. Breakfast was super delicious but we hoped to have more varieties. Recommended for families. This chubby cat was chilling beside us while we are having our afternoon tea🤣

Followed by Xiao Ran hospitality and the fantastic site walk through briefing about your hotel (I will most certainly post your site briefing walk thru via our social media channels - Instagrams, Facebook, etc) - on what’s available for us, fresh fruits, and the amazing cuppa coffee, the amazing sights of your hotel, the beautiful ginkgo tree with all the fallen leaves strewn across the yard, its picturesque perfect 😍❤️❤️❤️! Ah Bo also so nice to introduce some great places to visit, he always talking with warm and shinny smile. The hotel is conveniently located right in Shuhe and has a fabulous garden. The breakfast is fantastic and we loved having coffee at the garden bar where sometimes lovely animals will come over for a visit (kitties, dogs, even ducks!) Incredible hospitality from the staff - everyone is always ready to help. 酒店在束河古镇里闹中取静，所有员工都非常热情友好，帮我们接送行李、及时地回答我们的问题。 早餐也很棒！

Heart-warming and incredible services from all staff, expecially our host Jun Hao was so kind to arrange all our tours and attended to our needs even before our trip started! Loved the beautiful setting of the properties and and all experiences around the area are unforgettable! Thank you so much Another Residence, looking forward to coming back!!
