Kami menginap 3 malam di hotel ini dan mendapat penjemputan gratis. Koper kami di bawa pakai trolly. Pelayanannya bagus, staff hotelnya baik dan membantu kami mentransfer uang ke agen tour. Kami di kasih minum teh dan biskuit. Hotelnya dalam kawasan kota tua dan sangat dekat ke tempat wisata dan tempat makan

Saluran pembuangan di kamar mandi tempat kami menginap pada malam pertama tersumbat. Saat kami mandi, air menyembur keluar dan mengalir melalui bagian tengah lalu ke toilet, memenuhi saluran pembuangan dengan air. Kami terkejut bahwa pemiliknya mengizinkan kami menginap meskipun dia tahu kamarnya belum diperbaiki.
Saya ingin pindah ke kamar lain, tetapi pembantu rumah tangga mengatakan bahwa kamar itu penuh malam itu dan hanya dapat dipindahkan ke kamar keluarga keesokan harinya. Hotel yang bagus, kamar yang bagus di lokasi pusat kota tua, mudah berjalan kaki ke mana saja.
Staf sangat membantu untuk menjemput kami ke hotel dari Big Wheel, bahkan membawa kami ke halte bus ketika kami memintanya untuk menunjukkan kepada kami cara menuju ke sana (15 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel). Bahasa Inggris tidak populer di sana, kami hanya bisa berkomunikasi melalui sedikit Google Translate.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. It was very unexpected that our room was not tidy up when we got back from outside. When asked why never clean up the room & be informed it is for room guests privacy purposes. Cleaning room only upon requesting by room guests. I'm a bit disappointed with their privacy policy. Another issue is the hotel owner should provide free shuttles for luggage transportation..not being requested only provided. I hope the owner can improve their policy to attract customers to return in the future. Anyway Andy has done his best to customers! Thank you for your help in the luggage transportation arrangement in order for us to catch our train in time in the early morning! Thank you so much!

It was very unique experience being at Old Town, Lijiang. The fact that we stayed at this place, made it even more memorable.
The location is very close/walkable to square street of the Ancient town. The room is spacious with hot shower and all basic amenities working properly. Specially the mattress was great and made us sleep like babies. :)
Another important part of the experience was the hosts, mainly Andy. He was always available via WeChat and was very helpful all the way. We had language barrier, but with translator apps we made it work. Andy helped us with directions, taking us to food places even when many places were closed & we were facing a -1 degree celsius temperature, made us tea that kept us warm and many other act of generosity and overall being a very good host.
The place and amenities get 9/10 plus extra few points for the hosts Andy & his colleagues.
