TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LIJIANG HAPPY HOME STAY
糟糕的体验与丽江瑞枫山居民宿
I book 2 rooms,1 room in 1st floor with the space is narrow and humid. 1 rooms in 3rd floor quite Ok. However no elevator, the stairs are very steep. Below is we were experienced:
我定了2间房。一间在一楼,房间不但小而且还潮湿。一间在三楼还算可以。不过这家酒店没有电梯,楼梯非常坡,我想分享一下我们的体验,请参考:
1. NO SUPPORT for moving luggage to the room and back to reception. The rain was slippery and the stairs were step, causing my friend to fall painfully 🙄
不帮助客人搬箱子上下房间。退房时因下雨楼梯又坡又地滑导致我朋友摔倒受了重伤😤
2. NO DAILY CLEANING: we book 3 nights at this home stay. The second day they’re didn’t do cleanup, take out the trash, didn’t give and update tower, shampoo and shower gel. SPECIALLY not given bathroom tissue paper. We have said to the owner that okay tmr do clean is ok. But need to give us bathroom tissue paper. She emphasized “if want anything have to inform to her at least 1 day before”
每天不打扫卫生:我订了3夜但是第二天不打扫卫生,不扔垃圾,不把浴巾,洗发水,沐浴露,牙膏,卫生纸给我们。我已经跟老板娘说 明天打扫也行,现在该给我们卫生纸啊。她再次强调”如果你们想要什么的打扫什么的得提前1天告诉她”
3. NO WARM AND HOT WATER: can you imagine at the midnight with 10-13 degrees take a shower with cold water? (This case the second day home stay have fixed )
没有热水洗澡: 在丽江的夜里温度大约10-13度,你可以想象出来冷水洗澡是怎么感觉吗?(第二天晚上他们已经克服)
4. IGNORED CUSTOMER: after leaving the home stay my two friends realized that they are forgot their’s expensive airpod. Asked the home stay help to check but NO RESPONSE & REJECT THE CALL 😡🤬
忽略顾客:退房之后我2个朋友发现她们忘了拿宝贵的耳机。我们请求酒店帮助在房间里找一找 但是没有反馈,打电话拒绝不接
这样的态度服务再也不想来了
