Tried to scam us. Website: A scam. They lower prices to about 80% in only a day and gives the customer a "rushed feeling" for buying by saying better rooms get "private beach", which is a lie. It is a tight and crammed beach. No privacy. Also advertise with "1 room availble" like typical scam websites. staff/service: Tried to scam us. More in "Hotel:". ONE staff lady is professional, but others are rude and do not apolagize when they make mistakes. Seems like they cannot communicate with eachother and often misunderstands their own hotel policy. Hotel: Their websites have two different pay options. Normal (full price without tourist tax) or flex (30% of total price as deposit and pay the rest when you arrive). Tried to scam my whole family. We payed with flex, but they wanted us to pay double the price when we arrived and said that is what their registration said... first off.. how? No option to "reserve room". Second.. this is something the "boss" of the hotel said... third...they ignored us when we asked for proff and the reciept for registration. I had already taken screenshots of my registration and website reciept after payment, and the hotel policy etc. If I didnt have the proof then they would've scammed us. They also tried to have us pay more for "personal service" and "pets". Personal service is for a angry rude italian that speaks in his phone like he is a wannabe wall street guy. He only tells you where to park and cannot even give you directions..(same guy that wanted to scam us with prices while saying he got instructions from his alleged boss) My family dont have pets. And never registered for either assist or pets. Tourist tax is as expected. Hotel room: Many marks on cabinet, floor, doors. Shower is fragile. Bed is fine and the air contition is good. With all my heart I do NOT recommend. There are other nearby that is probably better.

Note positive: arredamento nuovo e discretamente pulito,dotazione di kit per pulizia piatti. Per il resto solo note negative.Spazi angusti, nessun balcone né sfogo esterno, gli appartamenti sono posti sul retro dell' edificio, l' unica vista è sulle macchine del cortile.Se fai il bucato lo stendino lo devi posizionare nello spazio già ristretto della zona giorno, praticamente caos totale . Bagno con sanitari nuovi, ma maleodorante e non avendo finestra non c' erano soluzioni. Garage in cui se parcheggi l' auto ti conviene non spostarla più. Per fortuna ci siamo rimasti solo 2 giorni! Mai più.
