新開業，衞生可以，乾淨整潔，但設施方面，電視有問題看不了，熱水器有問題，開關問題，手動開了一打開熱水器又關了，導致熱水不夠用。然後早上遇到停水問題，沒有儲備水，無法上廁所和刷牙洗臉
