Tsuki and Brianna michele tina kadin and all the receptionists and along with aunty guanhua along with her cleaning force fellow and also one of the restaurant staff who always serve me a glass of ice cube every single day without being request by me because she remember i ask it for the first day all of these people have served perfectly from the first day untill the last seventh day during our stays in hampton.among all the property in the world,this is the best staying experience i ve ever felt.they are giving all their heart and hospitality to make us feel at home.they have overcome their languange limitation with their sincere kindness and warmhearthed service.thank you.may you always be happy and healthy.keep up the great job.perfect.

The front desk staff made a small incident when they were receiving the room. It was clearly a double breakfast, and they almost tricked me into paying extra, but they said..., they knew they had misunderstood, and they should have directly and openly asked for forgiveness, instead of letting it go. The front desk manager knew about the matter, but didn't take it seriously! However, after I pointed it out to him in person, he tactfully said he was at fault through WeChat. Maybe this is the standard of chain hotels!

Location is far from the city center , service is very good specially from Mr. Brayan is very helpful, hotel is new and clean

Starting from the lobby, the check-in procedure was very fast. A guy also helped me get my luggage to the room. The room was generally clean, the accommodation experience was very comfortable, and the service awareness was very good. Ms. Liu Shuhua, the middle room supervisor, helped to book a private room, and the dishes tasted very good. The hot spring facilities are generally very good, and the experience is very good. I walked around the hotel in the afternoon and found that there were wintersweet flowers. The overall garden felt quiet and comfortable. If I come to Liaocheng again next time, I will choose here again, and I also recommend everyone to experience it. 😊😊😊

The decoration of the room is okay, but I don't recommend it to everyone. The thin front desk service was terrible. He didn't say a word during the whole process. He only said how to pay the deposit. He had a stern face and didn't tell her as if he owed her money. Where is the elevator? It took me a long time to find it. I asked questions and ignored people. One day this hotel closed down. The front desk must have done the most credit. You can search for this hotel in a certain group and a certain news. They all complain about the poor front desk. There are also comments about quarreling with customers at the front desk. The soundproofing of the room was very poor and the neighbors kept giggling until midnight. I don’t recommend everyone to go there.

The facilities in the guest rooms are complete and of high quality. The bath supplies are Ferragamo products (Picture 6). The sanitary ware is Kohler products (Picture 7). The hair dryer is Lai Fen (Figure 8). The hotel's breakfast room is located on the first floor, adjacent to the dessert shop. There are four set meals to choose from (Pictures 9 to 12), which are delicious.
