As soon as I entered the lobby, the elegant and atmospheric decoration style instantly attracted me. The aroma was fresh and pleasant, making people feel soothing. The front desk staff smiled sweetly, checked in quickly and intimately, and also took the initiative to ask me if I had any special needs. I felt that I was overvalued.
Entering the room, spacious and bright, warmly furnished and stylish. The window has a great view and can see the beautiful scenery of the city. The bed has a first-class quality, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard. The smart equipment in the room is very advanced, and the lighting and air conditioning can be easily controlled, which is too convenient.

LLiem siauw huiactually this is one of my favorite hotels, but this time I feel messed up.. the service at the reception from the first day was very troublesome, and on the last day my bathroom glass cracked, and they just sent a cleaner to look at it and didn't apologize or try to fix it, then I went downstairs and they just said, oh then do you want to change rooms? even though the glass is very big and I think it would be very dangerous if it broke and hit someone around it

Staff as usual friendly and helpful , and I stay at the same level again and was happy to see the cleaning sis again this round!! Although there’s a little bit issue on the 3rd day with my booking but staff solve my issue fast.. really comfortable and nice to have chosen Hampton again to stay during my break! Hopefully the suite room have better offer in future so that I can book it again to pamper myself the next round I visit Donghai!

There is no way to take a shower, and the heating is not very warm even if it is turned on all night. It is recommended to change the quilt to a thicker one in winter, otherwise it will be really cold🥶But the service is very good

The hotel specially gave a small shovel and a small bucket, and specially found the pink color that girls like, which is so thoughtful! Thumbs up to the front desk! The hotel bed is really comfortable! The room is very clean! The front desk and the cleaning aunts are very polite and responsive! The hotel can help with laundry, print documents, and have robots to help deliver things, which is very interesting, and children especially like it. Breakfast is also very rich! Everything is there. In fact, it is recommended not to put the seafood noodles and wontons in the hotel's special breakfast directly. When the guests eat, the noodles and wontons will be a little lumpy, which actually affects the taste! The characteristics are not so amazing! The seafood noodles and wontons themselves taste good, so this needs to be improved! There are baby tableware, plus points! Recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Liandao Scenic Area and Yuntaishan on the sea. I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the evening. I was shocked as soon as I entered the lobby. It was magnificent. I was arranged a sea view room on the fifth floor. I couldn't see the sea view at night. I saw the sunrise the next morning. The view outside the window was very good. I also went out for a walk. The backyard is very large and close to the sea. The hotel room is spacious and well-planned. I like the design of the bathroom the most. The sliding door is open when it is opened and closed when it is closed. It is worth recommending.

AAnonymous UserI chose this one to have an overnight stay after a very late at night flight, mainly because I thought they have rooms on ground floor, as the hotel has no elevator, and I saw the info in trip, that the room i chose is on 1st floor. It turns out that no room on 1st floor, luckily that they can help me carry my big luggage up & down, otherwise I, myself cannot. Overall is clean, room is not spacious, but not bad, a bit small shower area. Good is, they offer a free transfer from airport, although it is a bit outskirt of the town, located in the small lane, not the main road, but with transfer, it's not a seriuos issue.

GGuest UserJinyuan Hotel is conveniently located in the urban area of Handan District, and there is Wuyue Plaza within 3 kilometers. The room was dark and gave people a dirty feeling. Some walls had peeling phenomenon and were not dealt with in time. The standard bed is relatively large. The bathroom and corner of the room are dirty. The aisle is relatively dim, and the wall is peeling off. You can vaguely see the glory of the past. The follow-up maintenance is not enough. I hope the management will invest in maintenance properly, so that the cleaning can be more careful. The lobby is very bright, the breakfast is very rich, there is a large parking lot, which is the three highlights.
