Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort. We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning. She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests. Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.

I took my parents to visit western Sichuan and stayed at this villa. I was very surprised when I entered the door. A passionate housekeeper came to open the door, guide the parking, and carry things. The hall was magnificent and ******* style. Everyone sat down and had a cup of warm ******* tea, which made people feel relieved from the fatigue of the journey! I took my parents to soak in the hot springs in the evening. The water was changed in the afternoon. The water was very clean and it was safe to soak in! The breakfast made people feel like VIPs, high-end and classy! I also took beautiful ******* clothes! In short, the stay experience was great, and my parents were very happy. I will continue to choose this villa next time I pass by!

Room was booked just a mere 10 mins before we arrived and it was clearly a kids friendly room from the bed sheet to the plush toys and tent set up ! The room features a heated floor, great for a cold winter month ! Bathroom looks old and the lights at the room entrance were not working, so its dark at the wardrobe area. Giving an uplift look to the bathroom would be a nice consideration ! It is clean btw !

Although I arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and left the hotel at 12 pm due to various reasons, I must describe my true feelings during these few hours. The waiter saw us arriving at the hotel and quickly helped us carry our luggage. His attitude was very kind. , it was a bit rainy after dinner and I quickly brought an umbrella out. I soaked in the hot spring at night and watched our children entering the water and standing by the pool for a while. I kept reminding them not to catch cold. The service was really good. The children felt uncomfortable at night. In the middle of the night At 12 o'clock, the waiter helped carry the luggage into the car and also helped navigate to the largest hospital in the world. Although it takes more than an hour to drive, it is also the largest and most authoritative hospital in the world. Thank you very much (I am not Toha)

Although the staffs cannot speak English, they have tried their best to support us. The hotel is closed to Bipenggou Ticket & Entrance. Everything is good and new. They served snacks in the evening.

The room hardware and other room services are generally OK, but they are very unfriendly to tourists from other provinces who travel by public transportation. The hotel does not provide any pick-up and drop-off services, not even paid pick-up and drop-off services. It happened to be the Spring Festival when we checked in, and no one took the Didi order, and there were no local yellow cars. I asked the hotel front desk for two consecutive days if they could help find a car to provide a solution, and the answer was ”no way”. Well, on the first morning, I walked for 25 minutes to the entrance of Bipenggou. I was so tired after playing in the evening, so I continued to walk back. I happened to come across a hot pot restaurant on the side of the road, so I had dinner first. After eating, the owner of the hot pot restaurant heard that we didn't have a car, so she drove us back to the hotel. A hot pot restaurant is like this, why doesn't your hotel have a car to send us down. On the third day, we returned to Chengdu by public transportation. We called the bus driver again to explain the reason, and told him that we had suitcases and large backpacks, and it was really inconvenient to go to the Bipenggou parking lot. The driver expressed understanding and came to pick us up again. There is no pick-up and drop-off service, which is wrong, and the experience is too bad.

The room was very nice, and we were lucky that it snowed heavily the next day. The breakfast was also very good. There were hot springs and ******* costume photo taking. The waiters were very enthusiastic and attentive.

The road from the road to the homestay is too exciting. At night, there was just a heavy snow and the view was absolutely amazing. The view of the homestay is good, the sealing of the room is good, although there is a strong wind outside, there is no faint wind in the doors and windows. Experienced Tibetan architecture, the aunt is simple, the big brother is real.
