The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included a lake side Fire Pit for eight, three hole putting green, 5 person Hot tub, 2 Kayaks, and one Paddle Board. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests. Downstairs you will find a comfortable living room where you can relax around the gas fireplace and smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed and has direct access to the deck and outdoor space. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms on the left and right of the home that also gaze out over the water; each with a queen bed, bench, and closet. In the center is a common space that has a folding futon and a sliding glass door to the upper deck. The full bath and laundry are also up to the left. Outdoors you can relax on the deck patio furniture, in the grass, in the water, or on the dock.
