有一説一，新開的店環境和衞生還是蠻不錯的。 我住的8221設施稍差一點，床前的燈光開關和空調調節器是壞的，無法控制開關燈和調節空調，衹能通過小度小度來控制。 服務是差到不能再差，預訂的是純凈大床房，到酒店被通知無房給升級成反向“升級”成商務大床房，出差這麼久頭一次見。更讓人氣憤的是我跟前台明確指出了這個問題，前台還一口咬定是給我升級了，設施不同，價格孰高孰低就把顧客當**。 也是懶得爭吵，遂同時向錦江薈和攜程投訴，好在店長和平台客服及時處理，感謝店長及時速度問題，希望加強前台管理。圖片為預訂訊息和實際入住房間。

出來玩之前就選擇好了這個酒店，沒有讓我失望！酒店非常不錯，前台小姐姐們都很貼心，因為我們有小孩子小姐姐免費為我們升級了家庭房還贈送了小孩拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，房間的衞生非常乾淨，有小度設施都是智能的，還有機器人可以送餐，退房時還送了特別精緻伴手禮，特別滿意，下次再來一定還會選擇這家酒店！
