Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Leshan Shizhong District

Semakin besar harapannya, semakin besar pula kekecewaannya. Saat booking, saya kira baru buka, dan pengalaman menginap di Hampton by Hilton dulu lumayan. Sebelum sampai di hotel, saya cerita ke keluarga saya bahwa hotelnya sangat baik kali ini. Alhasil, untuk pertama kalinya saya mengetahui bahwa mobil di pintu masuk hotel tidak bisa masuk, yang disebut garasi bawah tanah adalah beberapa tempat parkir terbatas yang disewa, dan rambu-rambunya sangat tidak jelas, dan ada hanya satu tempat parkir selama tiga hari setelah menginap di hotel, dan sisa waktu hanya dapat diparkir di seberang Menghadap tempat parkir bawah tanah Wanda Plaza, meskipun hotel mengganti biaya parkir, pengalamannya terlalu buruk untuk merek di bawah InterContinental Hotel, terutama ketika ada barang bawaan yang harus diambil. I wish the floors can be divided into smoking and non smoking, not smoking and non smoking rooms. I can smell the cigarette that stained the drape and also the bed, and the smell was very intense, even tho I was given a non smoking room

I had earlier stayed at this hotel in March 2024 and was impressed enough to stay here again on this trip. Amazingly, the frontdesk staff continued to have the same high level of friendliness and helpfulness as before, especially 小范。 My gratitude to her for assiting me with local information and suggested transport to Emeishan. Definitely come again on my next trip to Leshan.

My main issue was that I came to an internationally branded hotel, expecting high levels of hygiene. The toilet definitely had a weird smell. The sink had a strand of hair in it when I checked in. The sheets felt a little damp. This may be some of the fabric softener they use? There is no way this is a 4star tier hotel. The hotel is far away from the main attractions or the station. About 20$ taxi from the Buddha. 10$ taxi from the station. Other than that, the staff at the door were helpful

Enjoyed the stay at Hotel, service was excellent and the whole experience was very much enjoyed. Recommended.

1 Room is a bit small but it’s clean and new; 2 Laundry room is really good with LG machines; 3 A lot of nearby construction work is on going and noisy.

Enjoyed the self laundry experience. The washing machines and dryers were very clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.

We are very happy with the hotel service, cleaness. People at front desk are very friendly. We also used laggage storage service while we went to Mt. Ermei. Highly recommended.
