When checking in the lady behind the reception insisted that she needed to make a scan (not just a copy!) of one of our passports. She said that this was mandatory by the government of Andorra. Reluctantly my wife allowed the lady to scan her passport. My wife was not allowed to blur some very personal things on this scan, like her photo or her social securitynumber. Once in the room, which was very noisy (nearby crying kids, a vacuum cleaner and all sorts of odd sounds) I connected to the hotel Wifi and went on a search to see whether the scan of the passport was really mandatory. The website of the Andorran government didn't mention anything like that, while a travel website from my own country warned me about hotels lying about the reasons why they want to copy your identification details. I got quite angry and walked back to the reception. The lady that scanned the passport didn't want to talk to me, she ignored me and pointed towards her colleague. We explained the situation and she went to talk to the manager. It didn't take long for the colleague to come back and tell us that it was perfectly fine to delete the scan of the passport. Apparently it wasn't that mandatory by the government after all. I'm not sure what was the meaning of all of this, but it is very suspicious. Also, the room appeared very clean in the first glance, but an empty candy wrapper hidden under the sheets quickly killed that illusion.

Reserved 40 eur deposit at checkin. Room was paid through ********** however they charged the 40 euro afterwards anyway. Absolute nightmare now to get the money back. If you can avoid this hotel, do so…

Si vas buscando un hotel para pasar la noche, no hagas como nosotros y no escojas este hotel. Por los pasillos del hotel solo faltan unas gemelas para que sea la película del Resplandor. Por otra parte, a nadie le importa la hora de Honolulú, al huésped le importa más si va la tele para verla un rato antes de irse a dormir. Tema luces y baño mejor no hablamos, la casa de mi abuela es más moderna. Y por último y no menos importante, cuando nosotros llegamos empezaron a tener plazas de parking, pero para un hotel de 4 plantas, seis plazas de parking me parecen insuficientes. Conclusión: cualquier otro hotel va a ser mucho mejor

Liegt 1,5 km vom Busbahnhof entfernt und ist gut mit dem local Bus oder per Pedes zu erreichen. direkt am rauschenden Fluss (dennoch ruhig) im Norden der Stadt. Guter Startpunkt zum Wandern, Stadtbummel oder Trips per Bus. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Solides, sauberes Zimmer, nur das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zugang mit Karte. Safe im Zimmer war leider kaputt. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Großes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet auf ordentlichem Niveau. Für den Preis sicherlich eine sehr gute Wahl. Hab mich wohl gefühlt dort.

Hemos estado una semana y no nos ha faltado de nada. Nosotros es el segundo año consecutivo que vamos y estamos encantados. Limpieza , amabilidad y sobre todo buena comida. Hotel ideal para ir en pareja, familia o con amigos. Si que había excursiones pero nosotros no les hemos oído.

la estancia que te esperas por lo que pagas. La estructura no tiene ni infamia ni lodes, funciona por lo que debe funcionar. Cuarto limpio, ascensores, desayuno si quieres y noche reservada last minute a precio barato por ser Andorra. P.S. receptionistas super disponibles y gentiles
