Beautiful hotel and one of the best we have stayed in whilst on a ski trip. Such a cosy environment, with friendly welcoming staff. The breakfast was fresh and with lots of thought every day along with late afternoon tea and cakes freshly made. Great location, for both ski areas and on the door step to the best restaurants and bars that we found. The room was cosy and clean and everything that we needed. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff are very friendly and the views of the mountains from the balcony is excellent. The breakfast has a great selection (veggie options are good too) and it is well organised. Breakfast choices include pastries, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, breads and cooked eggs (which you can cook yourself in mini frying pans). The walk to the Diable is around 7 minutes and is a very good location with plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. The boot room is clean, tidy and secure. Cake being served in the afternoon after skiing is another great added bonus! Homemade cakes and hot drinks is available from 4-6 each day.

Amazing place! The hotel was very clean and cozy. Everyone was helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable! Breakfast and snacks were really nice and tasty. The hotel is in a great location. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back again!

The hotel owner and the staff were very welcoming, kind, helpful, and warm. On the day of our departure, which was at 5:30 am, they packed us a bag with breakfast and snacks for the road. Very thoughtful and generous. Thank you Hotel Les Flocons.

Couldn't fault this wonderful hotel. Rooms comfortable, cosy and kept so clean. Staff very accommodating and we had access to everything we required for a weeks skiing trip. Kids loved the breakfast, as did we, and the snacks laid out between 4-6pm were a great addition and very welcome after a day on the mountain. We hope we can return one day! Thank you team x

The second year of staying at Les Flocons. We so enjoyed it. Quiet and comfortable and a great situation for the town and the ski lifts. The breakfasts and afternoon teas are delicious. A great view from our balcony. We will definitely be back again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff, the common areas and the breakfast were all excellent. We would have rated it a 5 but the bathrooms were a little dated and ready for a refurb. The tea and cake in the afternoon was also a lovely extra. Location was good for the town but if you are using the Jandri lift for ski school it is quite a long walk in ski boots. It was however easy to rent a ski locker by the lift so don’t let this put you off.

Cosy, friendly, relaxing, and convenient. I booked with Les Flocons on their website and got a great price. Dealing with the hotel online in advance via email and WhatsApp was easy and stress free. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly reception staff who showed me to my room and gave me instructions about breakfast and the ski lockers. A great range of breakfast and afternoon tea options were available every day of the week. The environment and atmosphere at the hotel was so chilled out and relaxing, with a really comfortable lounge area with pool table and games. Wi-Fi was fast, and the modern TVs in the room had chromecast and Netflix built in (with your own account). The hotel is situated in the heart of town, 10 mins from the Diable chair lift and 10 mins from Super Venosc, giving easy access to the main mountain and Vallée Blanche areas. My friends and I had an excellent week at Les Flocons, many thanks to the hardworking staff.

Staff very friendly, and always ready to assist. Hotel is clean and nice to relax. The afternoon tea is a good idea for all to enjoy after a hard days skiing. Only negative I could find was the nightclub one building away which was open all night. The bedrooms were just bearable but the bathroom was next door to the noise. Maybe to advise guests that the end rooms are noisy before booking, as others complained to us own the way back on the bus also. But we would return but not too room 5.
