Hotel San Terenzo

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel San Terenzo. Once we made our reservation, they kept in contact with us prior to our arrival. Our first room was on the street side, but they moved us to the waterfront as soon as a room was available. The view from our room was fantastic, we were literally right on the water. The staff was amazing! Paulo, Lara & Debra were all helpful. They provided so much help & direction, which if you read on, you'll understand how important that was for us. The breakfast is provided each morning with a great selection of pastries, bread & fruit. They also have made to order eggs etc. We enjoyed our breakfast & cappuccino's every morning outside right on the water. They have a beach with chairs available, but we didn't have a chance to use them because of weather & day trips that we had planned. The hotel room was clean & comfortable. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, the bus station & the ferry to Cinque Terre (that's a little longer walk, but doable). Unfortunately, we arrived under bad circumstances, which changed our arrival time, but they were there to help every step of the way. Our car was broken into in Pisa just prior to leaving for Larici. Everything we had was stolen, our clothes, medications, shoes, passports etc. When we arrived, Paulo came outside to the parking area to assist us. He brought a garbage bag & tape to cover the broken window of our rental car. Arriving with no luggage was an experience I can't explain. Once inside, Paulo made sure we had the necessary toiletries to get through the night. It was a traumatic experience. In the morning, Lara was there, and she was so HELPFUL!! She translated for us when we contacted the police department & the consulate. She helped direct us to stores so we could find replacements for our stolen items. She also had great info for the ferry to Cinque Terre, the train & bus service. We had to extend our stay a couple times & Debra helped us with that in the evening when we returned. She was also helpful directing us to shopping areas etc. The help & generosity we experienced at Hotel San Terenzo was so much appreciated! We want to thank all of you for your hospitality. We will certainly return if we ever get back to Larici. Thank you, Stacy & Jason

hotel carino posizionato a San Terenzo a 10 minuti da Lerici e con spiaggia privata, le camere fronte spiaggia sono molto belle purtroppo non si può dire altrettanto di quelle vista strada, personale gentile e buona colazione a buffet nel ristorante dell’hotel. Purtroppo la camera prenotata vista strada era davvero rumorosa e insonorizzata male e questo non ci ha consentito di riposare bene, suggerirei di prenotare le camere con vista mare anche se è comunque presente un ristorante al di sotto delle camere che porta altrettanto rumore, per questo motivo il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è giustificabile. Il personale è molto carino anche se purtroppo non c’è stata la possibilità di cambiare stanza in quanto erano tutte prenotate. A mio avviso 4 stelle non sono giustificate ma sembrerebbe più un 3 stelle.

Piccolo ma buono. Così si suol dire di qualcosa che hai trovato di tuo gusto anche se non particolarmente grande. è il caso di questo hotel di sole 14 stanze ma posizionato sul mare lungo la passeggaite tra San Terenzo e Lerici. Se hai la stanza con affaccio sul mare ti sembra proprio di poter allungare la mano e toccarlo. Le stanze sull'altro lato hanno però lo svantaggio che essendo sulla passeggiata a livello strada non hanno delle finestre da poter aprire anche solo per far circolare l'aria. La sala colazione affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia e rischi la compagnia di qualche gabbiano ad elemosinare briciole. Colazione con buona scelta di dolce e salato sia al buffet che su ordinazione. WiFi molto buono e canali Sky per la TV. La eccezionale cortesia del personale rende il soggiorno più che paicevole.
