We spent a good week in this well equipped house. Nothing was missing, it was clean, warm, tidy and everything as in the description. The keys were handed over without any problems and the landlord is very friendly. We can warmly recommend this house.

45 km to the north from Varkaus, lake Koirus 20 m, own pier and rowing boat, shallow sanded beach.Well-equipped and spacious wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (2004), spacious living room (sofa bed 140x200 cm, bed for two) and living room/kitchen with well-equipped kitchen facilities. Two bedrooms, bedroom 1: three beds, bedroom 2: three beds. Separate WC, washroom with two showers, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove). There is a carport in the yard.The cabin has air-source heat pump in the living room, can be used for heating and cooling.Hot tub available at extra fee. Note! Temperature limit -15 degrees Celsius. The customer fills, heats and empties the hot tub himself. If you would like to have hot tub pre-filled and pre-heated, you can agree this with the owner, an additional fee of € 50 will be applied. Note! During the winter season (November - April), the hot tub is available only when the temperature is above -15 degrees Celsius. In winter, the hot tub can be used only pre-filled and pre-heated. Fantastic location, great facilities, everything went smoothly, the only drawback was the many mosquitoes in summer -)

Lovely soaks in the sauna and you could cool off on the terrace and in the lake. Good beach. A peaceful place to spend the weekend. You can find everything you need in the cottage.
