設施非常陳舊，跟攜程上看到的酒店照片根本就不一樣！投影儀看不清畫面。衞生間反味嚴重，味道特別大。我們換了一間，還是一樣有味道。前台的服務態度也特別不好，給她反饋房間還是有味道，她就衹會特別生硬的説沒房了！感覺就是反正已經不能退了，愛住不住。沒有辦法，衹能開着衞生間排風扇。誰知道凌晨5點鐘居然被很濃的油煙味兒嗆醒了，本來就高反呼吸不暢，這一下弄的差點兒背過氣兒去！打開門發現整個樓道都有油煙味兒。找前台還是一句沒房了！這趟旅行住的設施最差，服務最差的酒店！大家避坑吧！

幾個方面：
隔音：超級吵，大早上對面不知道是啥7點開始吵，窗户真的一點不隔音，而且無法關起來，直接是壞的，
設施：加濕器也是壞的，淋雨區特別糟糕，馬桶簡直坐不下去
服務：沒有，幾乎沒有
洗漱用品，太差了，你給客人的毛巾能不能乾淨一點，能不能花一兩塊準備一次性的？臟的和什麼一樣佩服了
房間：超級悶，熱，糟糕，
總結：體驗很不好，要不是趕路，也沒有非必要到這裏住，根本睡不好，休息不好

類烏齊雖然是個小縣城，酒店還挺不錯。房間面積很大，設施很新，有製氧機和加濕器。缺點是洗手間的水封做得不好，開抽風機時有下水道的臭味。

氧氣機吹出來的是空氣，換了一個房間也是一樣的，老闆説都是一樣的，用煙試了一下氧氣機吹出來的氣，都把煙吹滅了，是擺設

客觀上由於停電，取消早餐就應該退早餐費用。停電電梯沒有應急發電以保證電梯運行，不僅電梯不運行，服務員也沒有幫助客人拿行李。
