If I could give these people 100 stars, I would! We were super lost at first, but we gave them a call and they met us across the bridge and helped us carry our bags up the steep hill, and then up the multiple floors of the hotel. The two men at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out — we accidentally left a phone on the train on the way to Xijiang, and we couldn't contact the train company because we're international travelers who are not fluent in Mandarin. They helped us contact 12306, file a lost item report, coordinate with the train company, and arranged for a courier to bring the phone from the train station to the village. We got the phone back in less than 24 hours! They were also helpful with local recommendations, and overall very patient with my intermediate level Mandarin. Very lively location, right above bridge #1. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also, they have a very cute, sleepy cat ＜3

GGuest UserWorld class service! I feel very welcomed by the staffs even days before our trip. They are great at communicating with us and answered any questions and provided anything we needed! The room is so comfortable and aesthetic!! I didn’t wanna leave the room lol. There’s a complimentary bath and I picked the herbal bath. They prepared it very well by deep sanitizing the bathtub and brewing the herbal bath. We also did our laundry while we stayed there. There are a lot of traditional Miao Tribe clothes that we can put on and take photos for free. One of the staffs took photos for me and my family with their camera. She also helped me put on accessories. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for our stay. Their staff picked us up at the little north gate and carried our luggages all the way up to our hotel and they did the same baggage delivery service when we are leaving. Words cannot describe how thoughtful and excellent their services is. I will book this hotel again in our future visit to the Miao village and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Access from the viewing deck to the hotel is a tiny horrendous narrow steep dirt alley with physical encounter with ponies used for hauling building materials. A new hotel is under construction right next door and screeching of drills and banging of hammer started promptly at 7am. White painted room decorated by light colour elegant furniture provide a lively zen ambiance. Uneven surfaces at the entrance, breakfast bench and parts of the room resulted in a few trips and stumble. Modern and top grade amenities, toilet suites and voice activated commands took a little use to but very convenient. Breakfast was a choice between boiled rice noodle or spaghetti with a heart shaped froed egg in the bowl and another hard boiled on the serving tray. Tit bits and free beer prepaed for afternoon tea was extended to mid night cap. Before arriving at Qianhu, the housekeeper Amu asked us about our arrival time. After arriving, he came to the ticket gate of the scenic spot to greet us. He helped us take all the boxes and luggage. This is so happy for us who have been running around for a day!
I like the design of the B&B very much. The toiletries and drinks are all branded products. The welcome fruit plate and breakfast plate are also carefully designed. The sound insulation effect is also very good, especially suitable for friends who want to rest and relax.
Of course, I decided to stay in Qifengxin because of its viewing balcony. It didn't disappoint me at all. The balcony of the hotel is better than the scenic spot, and there is no need to squeeze people~
Finally, thank the housekeeper Amu for taking care of us during our short stay. We feel very comfortable. I have never commented so seriously on the platform. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Qianhu again, I will still choose Qifengxin as always~

FFanfanfanbuxiangxiangmingziThe people are so nice, I actively give good reviews! It is my favorite place in Guizhou. The rain in Guizhou really comes and goes, so choosing a good accommodation is very important. Here I feel very happy just staying in this B&B. The view of the B&B is very good. We didn't go to the observation deck, but we can see most of the panoramic view on the 5th floor.
The coffee in the hotel is very good, and there is latte art! BBQ is even more professional than the barbecue stalls outside, and it is really not perfunctory at all. The most important thing is that there is no time limit for breakfast. There are porridge, noodles and coarse grains. It is very homely and I feel warm and comfortable. The young staff is very energetic and passionate, warm and thoughtful to the guests, and help pick up the luggage.
I strongly recommend that the B&B has its own restaurant Four Seasons Food Source. There is a discount for staying in this B&B. The ingredients are very fresh. The remaining raw beef was not finished, and it was taken back to the B&B to help grill it. The pure lean beef can be grilled fresh and tender, which really feels fake!
The environment is good and the bedding is very clean. There are only praises throughout the whole process!

DDaniela KisiThe room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The service was good. They replied to all my questions via WeChat every time I needed something.
The location, however, is not great. We knew that it was a bit removed and high, but we booked it anyway because it said it had a good view. This was not really the case. The view was to a mountain with a construction site on it, and you could barely see the town. The stairs up to the hotel are also very steep and with trash around it and not light up at all, so it was not great when you needed to do it at night in the dark.
The construction site is right next to the hotel, so we had loud construction noises every day since very early in the morning, waking us up, and even one night at 1.30 am there were some trucks parking some materials for 30 minutes.
So while the hotel and room itself are great, sadly, the location is not worth it.

GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights in the Xijiang Miao Village and I'm very glad I chose this place as my accommodation. On arrival the boss gives a very comprehensive overview of the village and its attractions and encourages you to contact her via WeChat with any queries! The husband also recommended a nearby hot pot restaurant for dinner where I met a brother and sister from Chongqing, which led to a drunken night of spicy food, karaoke, and me wandering through the village without shoes or a shirt 😂 - 10/10 dinner recommendation!
The room was spacious, tidy and had all of the necessary features of a hotel room. It has a very nice family feel, and I often would see the owners' family enjoying dinner or playing with their children which creates a very calm and safe atmosphere! Water is provided (not every hotel does this!) and they are also happy to offer some of their delicious rice wine :)
The night before I left, I asked for information on bus tickets to Kaili and the husband even booked it on my behalf, so helpful! I highly recommend this accommodation to anybody staying in the village.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk.
They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain.
To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located right on the side of the road, so it is very suitable for taking the elderly and children without having to climb hills. The Loft room type is relatively cost-effective and the room size is also good. We have elderly children and we live upstairs and downstairs separately, which is just right.
The boss is very enthusiastic.

LlilyClean and tidy, this is really clean and tidy, the boss seems to have a cleanliness, and is cleaning at any time. It is the cleanest youth hostel I have ever stayed in. And it is a view room. On the top of the mountain, I was lucky this time. There is luggage at the entrance of the scenic spot. Calculate the cost according to the size and weight. The town of Qianhu Miao Village is built on the mountain. My heart is all up. So there is no way to live on it without carrying luggage. A wonderful trip, a wonderful stay experience.
