voco LEICESTER by IHG

Fairly similar to the rest of my reviews of this place. The staff are great, it's clean and well located which makes it a no brainer for me and it could be helpful to many others too.

One of the best option near to stadium and odeon movie theatre i like their launch and room . Every room gives you different vibes because of the designs i am a regular visitor now

Beautiful hotel. Kind staff too. Hotel was very clean, bathroom was beautiful too

Ongoing issues with a refund from previous stay the night before! Genuinely nice hotel! Albanian receptionist charged me twice for a late checkout which I noticed on my bank account so will chase this up! Must’ve been a mistake??? She seemed nice enough but never can tell nowadays

Very nice hotel room and showers, would love an external amenity like a gym in there but nonetheless it’s a good stay and tge usp is value for money

Nice and clean hotel with all good

The room was really nice. But service was not good enough. And morning receptionist was rude.

The staff at the Voco were amazing. Very helpful. Breakfast has such a variety and was delicious. Queen room felt a bit small but I think it's to do with the fact the bed is shaped at an angle!!

Nice Hotel, but only a small amount of parking. We had to park in the Hospital car park which was only a 4 minute walk, however 5-10 mins with traffic to drive. No hot water for a shower and the sink kept blocking. The room was clean and presentable, I reported the lack of hot water but nothing really done. I personally will be looking elsewhere for my return trip in a few weeks.
