Premier Inn Leicester Central (A50)

Hotel was very good and had a great sleep. The breakfast was very good and has lot of varieties. We always choose Premier Inn for our stay, tried others but find Premier has got good rooms and excellent breakfast. We would recommend premier Inn.

Great hotel, if you just want basics and a bed. We were attending a funeral, so just needed a clean room and a bed. The only downfall was the shower, it was an overhead one and I needed to use a shower cap, so my hair would not get wet. Would definitely stay again.

A good location with a restaurant/pub next door. The hotel is always pleasant and the staff are really friendly. We stay there for business use as it is very convenient for us, it is close to the town centre and travel access is really good too, no complaints.

Great friendly staff. Room was great. Breakfast was delicious. My daughter has allergies but yasid was very accommodating so she had plenty to eat. And the front of house lady, Leigh was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely come here again.

I had a terrible experience, my van was broken into and tools stolen, receptionist told me that the CCTV isn't clear enough to see number plates. Also shouting and fighting in the middle of the night, police eventually turned up. I wont be staying here again.

Me and my Mrs were staying at the primer inn from Friday to Sunday. In the early hours of Saturday morning about 1am there was a domestic between a female and male in the room next to us. There was shouting and screaming and the thuds against our walls were awful. We kept getting woken up and it was frightening for us both as the bangs against the wall were so loud it was like someone was being thrown against the wall. We had absolutely no sleep that night and went to reception to complain. However the 1 member of staff was already on the phone to the police. They arrived minutes later and one was taken away. The male member of staff was absolutely brilliant with how he dealt with it. He was brilliant with us two as we were directly next door. The following morning we were approached by a member of the premier inn staff to which they apologised again, offered us breakfast free of charge and have given us a card in which we can write a review and receive a refund. We hope the team read this and pass our thank you onto the female members of staff in the mornings, the male member of staff in the evenings and we will be returning because of them. You guys deserve a medal for how you helped us and dealt with that female and male. Thank you again.
