Ibis Leicester City

Not great. Breakfast was not warm enough- especially the hashbrown. Heater was not working as well. Mattress was not hygenic.

This our first time staying in Leicester and at an ibis hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and looked after our bags till we were able to check in. Our room was basic but very clean with plenty of tea and coffee. We had a very good sleep. Only recommendation would be a fan in the bedroom

All a traveller needs in a cleverly designed room. One star lost in cleanliness for a large smear of something nasty on the carpet near the wardrobe alcove, and the toilet flush keeping running until the flush pressed again a few times. Staff lovely as ever.

Enjoyed my stay. Clean and you have all the amenities you'd need, location was good, walkable to everywhere. The only thing is that if you ordered breakfast better go down earlier because it might run out and you gotta wait for them to put out more food.

Well it was a most unusual.hotel. I think they tried to achieve a trendy modern look but functionality suffered. The entrance is hidden in a tricky roadway underneath where you walk into a small room with an arcade machine and table. Upstairs reception doubles as a bar and restaurant.. Rooms are comfortable but wierdly designed. Very small hanging area and virtually nowhere to put suitcases or clothes. Bathroom was a circular fiberglass pod but functioned. Best thing was the great French manager and his staff. Also you pay for parking within the grounds.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, neat and comfortable room good breakfast options.

Checked in quite late. But still space for car parking which was lucky coz quite limited parking. Amit whom booed us in was very helpful.

It was near the station and easy to travel. Service was good, staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay but could be varied, and put vegetarian and halal foods.

Convenient for the station with a car park if needed and decent rooms. A higher floor than 2 would be better as the noise from the trains and traffic was quite loud if you need the window open. Took a short wait sorting out my room due to a high number of bookings but otherwise a decent standard of hotel at a good price
