房間不是原來的房間，告知我們做原來的房間沒有了，有空調但遙控器也不給，去前台人不在，一次性拖鞋上很臟，還有水垢和水，有時候真想投訴到衞健委了，很不滿的一次入住希望你們可以重視起來，我不投訴，等別人投訴你們真的會停業的

我在二月十號入住阿富爾連鎖酒店，二月十號晚上不小心吐在地上，第二天早上叫服務員把房間打掃一下衞生我繼續，續費到晚上都還沒有打掃衞生，這是給客服理由
