Very polite & helpful staff. Early check-in. Rooms are great, but a little dark. Could do with a better light over at least one mirror. Toiletries & towels provided. Room was very clean. Excellent location for the city centre & train station. We were a group of 7 ladies that they probably wouldn’t expect to stay (IYKYK) at this hotel, but it was great. Free entry to the Show Bar attached. Any bad reviews about the noise, they obviously haven’t researched before they booked. The hotel are very upfront about the noise. Show Bar goes until 4am on a Friday/Saturday nights. I didn’t get much sleep, but knew what we had booked.

The appartement was quirky and different, loved it. On three floors with a roof terrace. It was clean with comfy beds and had the option of purchasing different drinks and snacks and even little sets. Very central for all you need to do in Leeds too. Highly recommend

Fantastic central location right in the heart of the best night life and other amenities. We had a lovely room which was large and clean. The hotel manager was very helpful and pleasant. A noisy location through no fault of their own due to the adjacent railway line but all was done that they could to mitigate that. The complimentary tea/coffee was very welcome.

very nice.... I sincerely recommend Nice people. room in a very unique style, very large shower...there is everything what you need and the bar was also next door.. very close to various restaurants and the train station. it's worth coming back here.

Fab hotel, very quirky. Noise levels as expected for above a nightclub, however if you’re just wanting a good sleep once the clubs have closed then this is the place. Very comfortable bed/pillows and lovely and clean. Wonderful staff too. I would definitely return. Room 4 at the top was probably the quietest for a better sleep.

Stayed here on a Saturday night after a concert. The room was lovely and both the room and bathroom were immaculate! Staff were all very friendly. I loved that they provided extra's if needed (mini toiletries, phone charger, snacks ect). Yes it was slightly noisy but it was above a bar and it was a saturday night however I was expecting the noise level to be a lot worse after reading other reviews. Still managed to get a full night of undisturbed sleep without the use of the ear plugs provided. Thank you for a lovely stay and will be back if in the area again

Very handy boutique hotel - quirky but practical. The wifi needs to be better but otherwise it was a perfect stay. The combination of the sound of the trains the hotel is right next to the tracks) along with the temperature of the room being right and the good mattress and nice bedding meant I slept really well. Bathroom was good and the shower nice. Lovely staff.

Fab place ,only downside lighting in bedroom to dark , would benefit from a good make up mirror , fab stay though , last comment need a price list in the apartment re the snacks and mini bar , good location, warm accommodation nice bed linen ,loved the rustic feel x

The room had a full sized ironing board & iron which a lot of hotels do not have, the room had a comfy bed, reasonable priced drinks available & was modern, comfortable & in the heart of Leeds city centre, it’s very close Leeds train station. An enjoyable stay 😃
