Premier Inn Leeds City (Elland Road)

Booked as my 8 year old son had a tournament at Elland Road stadium on Saturday 17th May. I booked a week ago so not last minute. Prepaid for the meal deal so our evening meal will be sorted as we were driving up from school pickup and it's a 2 hour drive. At check in I was asked if I had booked a meal deal and said yes. He then asked me if 7.30 was ok as I needed to book for that evening as that was the earliest time. I said that's fine as it was 6.15 then so not long to wait really. When I got to the restaurant at 7.20 so slightly earlier which I did explain, I was told there was nothing booked. They then asked if I had paid for a meal deal and I said yes, they finally found a table for us. Following day for breakfast we went down at 7am. They again asked me if I had booked a time and I said no as I wasn't told too, they then said to me and my son well there is no way your going to be able to sit down as we are busy. I said I had paid for this already and no one had said we needed to book a time. They replied saying well the hotel is busy. Fair enough but I had booked this over a week ago and surely they knew from the amount of rooms booked it would be busy. I then saw some of Jake's teammates on a table with their parents and asked if I could sit with them as there were a couple of spaces free, I wouldn't have even minded standing as long as my son got a seat. The staff were rude and made it into a massive issues going over to my friends and asking them. Of course they said yes and the staff came back and grumbled that I could sit there. It was a complete and utter shambles, this was happening to loads of guests as they came down. So disorganised, with rude breakfast staff (evening staff were lovely). I would not stop in this hotel again as the breakfast staff were awful and made us feel rubbish. Not what you want when you pay to stay away.

Great stay at Elland Road Premier Inn ,staff ,food and hotel and fantastic room clean ,great nights sleep ,ready for the Leeds Utd parade after the great premier Inn breakfast .Would highly recommend this hotel as it's close to all amenities around Leeds .

Cost me another £18 for parking my car and gettin in the room early, won't be using it ever again, will deffo be shopping around in the future, So I paid for the hotel & used ourcsr so you charge me extra to park and extra to get in, absolutely bang out of order

Hi had a lovely stay at premier inn Ellen road Leeds John and all the staff made me feel so welcome the breakfast and food top notch just made me feel at home thank you again to John and all the staff Annmarie made sure my room woz clean and tidy with fresh towels and with a smile thank you Mr pyke 5 star's from me

Needed a hotel for a work course the next day and I'm so happy I decided on this one. Staff were so friendly and easy to have a laugh with on the evening. Check in was really quick and the room lovely and clean. Only shame about the car parking charging guests to stay, not many free car parks left!
