Great staff, quiet room. Near city centre. As usual, it met all my needs. And have become a member so will get discount on room rates in future.

It was a nice experience there but they can include some asian foods in breakfast.

No fridge in the room , room looked big on camera but very small, no welcome drink or water

15 minutes walk from train station. Located at high traffic junction but luckily the noise inside room is minimal. The window cannot fully close and the shower head has leakage problem. Staff is nice and helpful.

Firstly, the bed in the room was uncomfortably small, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Secondly, the carpet in the room had a noticeable and unpleasant smell. These issues significantly affected my stay.

Hotel was a little basic, but good value for money nonetheless. The crucial thing for me was that the hotel was sufficiently clean, I would stay there again.

The staff is good. Breakfast is what I love here. Pub corner is nice just that food Orion’s gets closed soon and not good option outside the hotel nearby.

I found the location easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However the lift doesn’t smell nice and this needs immediate attention.

A decent property located at the edge of the vibrant city centre. Shopping centres are about a 15-minute walk and there are quite a lot of public transport options. The room is basic but quite comfy and the bathroom was minimalistic yet well designed.

Hospitality is good. But the light is broken on my last day. Toilet is tiny but still comfortable. The bed is soft enough.
