Super 8 by Wyndham Lees Summit

They said indoor pool open , but when got there ,pool was closed, disappointed! I had checked 2 other hotels & their pools were closed. That’s why didn’t stay at those places. Beds were good, bathroom had a vented fan , we liked that. Could of used the in room coffee dispenser or maker.

The front desk Assistant Manager is very rude and unprofessional. I csn in on vacation from Texas on October the 18th my free Night was for the 19th I called the property asked about early check in fee and if the room was available I was told the room was available and that the it would be a $ 50.00 early check in fee . When I arrived the front desk clerk didn't know what he was doing he said that early check in was $105.00 I was upset but paid the fee he didn't even really know how to charge it only to figure out how to charge me then to tell me a room was unavailable. I told him to cancel so I'm looking at my phone the next day and the hotel tried to charge my card for $15.00 so I called the front desk and informed the assistant manager (that's who she said she was ) she called me all kinda of liars and told me I need to let her talk , after I interrupted her telling her in looking at the charge that my banking institution just sent me she then hung up in my face I called back to still be called a liar i asked to speak to her manager she told me call back in 2 months when he's back in the country and hung up in my face again , I am a manger myself for Wyndham and I would never speak to a guest in the manner ( like a was a kid) she is very very Rude and shouldn't be anyone's Assistant Manager or working in Coustmer service at all

I had searched hotels with a pool because I wanted to go swimming on my vacation but the pool was closed for maintenance both days. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She said quote , “People get hotels for the room, not for the pool.” Then she told me that I should be grateful because she waived my deposit. I didn’t care about the deposit being waived. I cared about having a couple of days to relax, swim, and cuddle with my partner in a big comfortable bed. I did not get the King room that I had booked because they had shampooed that rooms carpets. She acted like it was a good thing that it was a huge privilege that she gave me a double queen room instead. But the air conditioner was broke in that room and we had to move rooms to a double room with double beds. The whole stay was irritating and I was very upset that my vacation days were mediocre and glum due to not getting what I thought I was paying for.
