Americas Best Value Inn Lebanon

I had reserved a non-smoking room for my two employees. Once they checked in, they realized they had been booked into a smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Employee #1 left to the gas station, as Employee #2 went to the front desk and politely asked to be moved to a non-smoking room. Employee #1 returned to find the room empty, not realizing they had been moved already. As he is coming out of the room, the front desk agent immediately accused him of “trying to double dip” and threatened to charge them for two rooms, saying he needed to inspect the room to “make sure you didn’t mess anything up.” All of Lebanon was booked up for the weekend, we didn’t have any alternative options, so we stuck it out. After the first two nights I called to extend the room for one additional night. The man who answered the phone sleepily said “We’re closed, call in the morning.” When I called in the morning, the front desk agent told me they were having the entire hotel’s floors cleaned that day, and they couldn’t extend the room. Rooms were available to book on *******, my employees said many other cars were still in the parking lot, etc. Only after contacting ******* was the front desk agent magically able to reschedule the cleaning (it was almost 11am and the supposed cleaning people weren’t even there yet). Overall, the room was fairly clean, but there were cigarette butts on the ground everywhere outside, and, as outlined above, the staff were incredibly rude and unaccommodating.

Staff was great. Bathroom door couldn't close. Room was on the small side. Heating unit was noisy. Area was quiet and secure. Sufficient for an overnight stay.

We stayed in town for a wrestling tournament. We had an emergency pop up and weren’t able to check in the first night. They helped make sure we didn’t lose the remaining portion of our stay. SO KIND AND HELPFUL! The room was 51 degrees when we got in. It took awhile to warm up but the bathroom remained cold. There was a huge gap under the door to let cold air in so we rolled towels up to help keep cold out. Room was clean and we got free water and a few yummy snacks for the room! The motel is older and has had lots of updates but bathrooms definitely need more updating. Wood was rotting and paint chipping and the door didn’t shut easy. The room was large and new flooring. Beds were doubles. Fridge and microwave. We were in 215 and the highway was SOOO loud. I’ve never stayed in a motel that was so loud. Overall, it was a good place for a night. We felt safe and it was clean. However, not sure it would work for our family for multiple days.

The room was clean. The only thing was couldn't get any channels on the tv. The continental breakfast was pretty decent

We had no problems on our stay. Jonesy restaurant at the truck stop was wonderful. Lots of fast food one exit north.

If I had gone and got a room from this motel direct, it would have been $30 cheaper than ******* pricing. Entering the lobby, there was a slight smell if Indian cooking but not overbearing. Lobby was clean and orderly. Room was very clean and large. Furniture was older but still viable. Did not get breakfast so I can't say what was offered.

Clean room. OLDER hotel that was remodeled. They didn't update the towels, they looked like they were 10 years old.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient but a little hard to see the driveway.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and parking area was clean. Will stay again when we come through
