Maple Tree Inn

Had to leave the “door key” in the box for u-haul keys since the office wasn’t open. Hope they find it!

1. Carpet stinks like hell. A tile or wood frame might be a great option. 2. Bathroom door would not shut.

I got here at 3 and couldn’t check in until 4 cause they didn’t have a room clean so I had to wait almost an hour. I get my room and it smells like cat piss had to go buy some air fresheners and a candle to get through the night

Room wasnt clean. Tv didnt work. Had to switch a few times. Room smelled of dirty dogs.

Not as advertised-tiny step up from a roach motel Nothing is as advertised. It’s clear that this hotel is under new management. I’m sure they inherited a real dump, and they’re trying to make it better but they have a long way to go. It took 20 minutes to check in because the key programmer wasn’t working and then the room key readers weren’t working. When I got to the room there were no towels, tissues, pillows (except for the decorative ones that are scratchy and uncomfortable), and no soap. The manager brought us 2 large towels, but no hand towels or wash cloths. There was exposed wiring in the ceiling from a missing light fixture. There was no smoke detector. The room door wouldn’t close and lock due to a warped frame. They advertise free breakfast but there was nothing at all in the lobby. No coffee, tea, snack bar or deli, which they also advertise. I have no idea why they even advertise 24 hour room service as that wouldn’t even be possible here. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. There were large stains all over the carpet in the room. And there was no Wi-Fi. Basically all this hotel offers is a bed and a bathtub.

Never again Couldn’t find our reservation. Room wasn’t ready. Moved us to a different room but carpet was being installed so we had to wait. Bed felt like sleeping on a cot. Just skip this place. Not worth the $110.
