Welcome to our cozy guest house. Located in the middle of Amish country and minutes away from the village of Intercourse and kitchen kettle village. Within 10 miles of major attractions, dining and shopping. Dutch Wonderland, Sight & Sound Theater, Rockvale outlets and Tanger Outlets.
This is a ranch style home where everything is on one floor.
There is a master bedroom with a full private bath , 2 other bedrooms, the one has 2 twin beds and the other one a king size bed,and an additional full bathroom ,if you area light sleeper we have a sound machine in each bedroom to block out any noise, also a beautiful sunroom that has a pullout sofa and tv, and a family room with plenty of seating for everyone with a 48 inch tv for your entertainment.
Prepare delicious cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the adjacent dining area for a fun family dinner...
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer ,you will need to provide your own laundry soap. Also a built in ironing board.
Guests will also have access to a one car garage. there is a deck out back with a patio set and grill over looking a beautiful back yard.
We live in a beautiful neighborhood and have Amish living next door.Horse and buggies drive our road daily and you might possibly get to see them working in a field close by.
The house is surrounded by a big beautiful yard for you and your children to enjoy.

This home is amazing. A perfect location for going anywhere. Beautiful neighborhood. You can use the garage. Spacious rooms. Amazing communication with owner. A five star stay!

What a perfect place to relax! Beautiful home, very nicely appointed. We shopped until we dropped. Lovely surroundings. Would definitely stay there again.

Nicely decorated. Split bedroom style house which gives both couples more privacy. The master bedroom had a king size bed as well as one of the other bedrooms. This is so hard to find and was greatly appreciated. An attached garage to park our car. So close to Sight and Sound Theater as well as some of our favorite restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home, great floor plan and plenty of room for my family to have 4 separate sleeping areas! It was clean and well stocked and close to everything we wanted to see! We will stay there again!

Superlatively clean, very well equipped, nearly every amenity you might want. Comfortable mattresses too. Owners communicate very well and fast. We definitely plan to go again!

Wonderful property near Lancaster with easy access to all the places you'll want to visit while there! The house was immaculate and the hosts were fantastic! We're hoping to stay here again next year! We had our family of 6 adults and everyone enjoyed our stay. The only caveat is that you are on a major road with significant semi traffic. You will hear them in the early morning if you're a light sleeper. However, the house is very quiet inside and this did not detract from our trip. Just something to be aware of. We did enjoy watching the traffic, everything from semis to buggys and scooters from the covered front porch. Overall, I highly recommended this property.

Great home
Overall the home was wonderful! Very clean and spacious. It was located off a busier road and we could hear traffic throughout the night. Just something to be mindful of if you’re a sensitive sleeper. There were noise machines in every room that helped. Also there were just blinds in the windows no curtains. If you’re like us with young kids going to bed early and taking naps in the afternoon I would recommend bring travel blackout curtains as the blinds didn’t block any light.
