My family and I came to France for vacation, and after careful selection, we decided to stay at this strategically located sea view suite hotel. When we arrived late by car, Ms. Carole at the reception introduced us to the hotel's various services, which left a deep impression on us of the hotel's high-quality service. After leaving the city where the hotel is located, we found that the credit cards pack stored in the room safety box had not been picked up. There were 7 credit cards and some cash inside. I was very anxious and tried to call Ms. Carole. She tried her best to help me find the credit cards pack as soon as possible, so that my next journey could proceed smoothly. I really like this hotel here, it's worth staying for everyone.

We booked this hotel the second time in April, first time we booked the suite and this time the superior room. The location and view are astonishing, the service and cleanness as well, facilities are great, swimming pool is amazing (when heated). From the improvement points: matras is only good in suite, wd slept bad in the superior room. Breakfast requires improvement, its too French - lots of sweets, very few vegetables or effort put in cooking. Overall value for money is worth for suite, bit a bit too high for superior room in our view.

Très bel établissement, très propre, calme et reposant. Situé sur les hauteurs de Rayol, il offre une magnifique vue panoramique à 180° sur la méditerranée et les îles. Les chambres sont simples mais d’un très bon confort. Dîner au restaurant parfait grâce à un personnel très attentif. L'espace petit déjeuner est excellent pour se mettre en forme pour la journée, un buffet de très grande qualité et bien diversifié. Nous remercions l’ensemble du personnel pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse, son écoute et son professionnalisme. Merci à sa directrice Mme Thétiot et à toute son équipe pour leur accueil à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage.

Cet hôtel dispose d une vue exceptionnelle et s est organisé pour que celle ci soit visible de partout au bonheur de tous; à l exception de notre chambre depuis le lit orienté vers le mur et la tv; A l exception des couples ayant un chien car celui-ci est interdit dans les espaces. Communs, bien qu autorisé dans la chambre pour 27 euros. Nous avons regretté que cette information nous soit communiquée sur place car cela nous a conduit à laisser notre chien enfermé durant le séjour. Pour finir, j ai oublié ma robe de soirée dans la penderie, elle m a été restituée en boule dans un sac poubelle toute froissée; ce n est pas un service digne d un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Excellent vraiment. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps. La vue sur la mer est tout simplement belle. Le service et l’accueil sont tout simplement épatants. Ne changez rien surtout. Vous avez un bel hôtel dans un site exceptionnel : il vous « suffit » de maintenir la qualité à ce niveau d’excellence.
