What a shame this hotel is not what it used to be. The views and it’s location are stunning but the restaurant has gone dramatically down hill. Limited breakfast choices, confused and inexperienced waiting staff and the quality and choice of food was poor. So sad to see what was once a gem of a hotel loose it’s joie de vivre. The owners need to have a serious rethink.

Very Disappointing We used to visit year after year and always had a great holiday. Sadly this year the entire culture and attitude of the hotel has changed . Rooms are pretty basic. Gone are the Hermes and Bulgaria toiletries. The real let down was the restaurant. This used to be the focus of the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. Now the staff and in particular a really unpleasant Maitre D' -Maxim found any request, however simple, too difficult to accommodate. We booked what we thought was a 5* hotel because we want various - simple- requests- Oat milk, Gluten free, Baby food etc . Available almost anywhere, but not here. Waiters no longer walk up and down the beach with drinks and lunch menu - too much trouble ! Breakfast mediocre and displayed without any care. Croissants that at a guess were baked the night before. Dinner- just two main course choices and an absolute refusal to accommodate any requests- even a salad was too much trouble. It would appear the Relais and Chateaux status has been withdrawn and it's not really a surprise - probably tells you al you need to know.

Beaucoup d'améliorations par rapport à l'année dernière, mais il manque encore le charme et l'amour dont il a besoin. Le personnel est grincheux et sourit rarement. Tout semble être un effort. Le choix de nourriture est très limité et les demandes en dehors de la poignée de choix présentés sur le menu sont traitées avec dédain. Même les demandes les plus simples. Le menu enfant à 30 euros est très cher. On a l'impression que le chef de cuisine n'est ni serviable ni intéressé.

Personnel charmant aux petits soins, toujours disponible , accueil parfait, voiturier, restaurant parfait, déjeuner généreux, super emplacement sur la plage, grande propreté. Chambre déjà réservée pour l'année prochaine. Que dire de plus ?

Honnêtement, je n’ai jamais été aussi bien accueillie de toute ma vie. Les serveurs, notamment Alexis et Valentin, sont très professionnels et toujours à l’écoute, ainsi que les plagistes ( je pense par exemple à Vincent ). J’y étais cet été pendant deux semaines… et j’y reviendrai, c’est sûr.

Restaurant très très loin d'un gastronomique tant par la banalité des goûts, par l'étroitesse des portions et l 'arrogante incompétence du personnel. Seul moment vraiment digne d'un gastronomique : l'addition. Bon hôtel, bar agréable mais fuyez le restaurant !!!! :
