Stopped off for the night while passing through. Could not fault the service and cleanliness was spot on. Friendly staff in both premier inn and restaurant. I have to say very surprised at how quiet it is considering there is a main road and train station right next to it.

Stayed to attend a funeral. I was very upset when I checked in due to the reason behind my stay. The receptionist was amazing and patient making me feel at ease. They also checked in on me when I returned and told me to hold on to memories. Sorry I can’t remember your name but thank you so much, it meant the world to me.

After a long travel we arrived at 10pm tired and wanting to go to bed. Met by a welcoming and smiling chap who checked us in efficiently. In the morning for breakfast we were greeted by a waitress who was very welcoming and took the time to show us where all the breakfast items were. I was very impressed. So much so that I noticed the lack of customer care in other venues/hotels we stayed at on our holiday. Not sure what this Premier Inn are doing in terms of their customer care training or recruitment but it's working.

Very comfortable stay, room was a good size, bath to relax in, clean and tidy. Very surprised indeed. Would absolutely book again and stay longer. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great location for train station and shopping center to browse round

Sarah on Reception was excellent. Very helpful and turned into house keeping when upon arrival our single bed in a booked Triple room had not been made up. Beefeater breakfast next door to the hotel on both mornings of our stay was, unfortunately not hot, only lukewarm. Could do better.

Room as per usual for a Premier Inn , the room was clean , warm and comfortable.Great location , sixty second walk from train station .Staff were excellent, especially Sarah , very welcoming, super friendly and helpful , an asset to Premie inn

Friendliest Premier Inn and the accompanying restaurant staff we have ever stayed at. Location perfect for the train station. We had breakfast and an evening meal at the Beefeater next door and both were excellent. This is how all hotels should be and take on board how friendly and efficient all the staff are at this hotel

Decent, good quality hotel, lovely and helpful staff, very friendly and kind. Nice quality breakfast, easy to find, good location and very well appointed hotel. All the usual amenities and quality stuff one expects in a premier inn and the bed was lovely!

we are frequent visitors of this hotel, there is a new member of staff on the reception named Sampath. Sampath has been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. he helped us through the door, came upstairs to meet us after realising our card wouldn’t register when we got to our door, and has been happy to help us with anything and everything since we arrived. Absolute legend and made a fairly stressful check in effortless. Thank you!
