Ulasan Sheraton Laval Hotel

That's the second time I stayed at the sheraton Hotel. I recommend it. it's perfect close to alots of things.

The best facility hotel during my trip in CA and US. Only too close to the highway. A bit noisy in midnight.

It's okay but not upto the usual sheraton standards. Had a bad experience with some people at the front desk. They must be more polite and educate their staff customer service.

Well appointed rooms and bar was nice and friendly

L’hôtel est bien et le service est super. Très bien situé et le stationnement est gratuit ce qui est rare de nos jours. La seule chose à dire, le téléviseur laisse croire qu’il permet de projeter nos émission via un chromecast qui n’est pas présent car la fonction que vous pouvez relié votre cellulaire ne marche pas. Étant moi même un travailleur en informatique, j’ai tous essayé mais lorsque le transfert entre le système de divertissement du téléviseur vers la fonction qui permet de Caster tombe dans le néant puisque l’équipement qui prend le relais n’est pas là. L’appareil de divertissement tente de changer de port HDMI ayant vérifier l’appareil caché en arrière, celui-ci n’a aucun adapteur sur les port prévu à cette fin. Ce n’est pas un drame mais les enfants auraient apprécié pouvoir diffuser leurs vidéos. Mais à part ça tout était parfait.

整理都還不錯，大堂氛圍很好，旁邊就是購物中心。房間離高速近，隔音效果不太好。

Love the restaurant choices. The facilities are nice. It's a busy hotel but rooms are quite and staff are very helpful and professional. Will stay again.

Great, although when back to my room In the evening the maid showed up to clean it. Bar is extremely expensive

A little work to do on the sauna, the dry one. It was never hot enough or not at all. Wayy too much chlorine in the pool and jaccuzzi. But overall very nice stay. Staff was nice, and professionnal. Place was clean and tidy. A little bit overprice for the breakfast unfortunatly. We appreciated our time. My husband and I work in the spa and hotel industrie in trois rivières. We love to see how other places do.

Great place to stay, pool area, saunas and gym were amazing. Restaurant was nice but very expensive and not amazed with the quality for what you pay! Would definitely stay there again!

Close to everything so that's good but I was expecting a lot more for a 350$ night stay. The room itself is smaller than usual and very noisy. The beds didn't have proper covers and there weren't enough towels for the 4 of us. However, it is located beside a huge shopping mall and has a single exit lane for all hotel, restaurants, and mall customers. Took us 45 minutes just to get out of the parking facing many STOP signs where not many drivers respect basic courtesy. Lots of horns and impatient drivers.

Room was dirty, no face cloths, thermostat needed battery. Told fron desk man all of this, he didn't care and was obtuse. Will not stay here again.
