This hotel is terrible. I booked this hotel for 1 nighy because it was cheap and near the airport and I was landing late. I arrived after midnight to be greeted by a note on the door telling me to go somewhere else for the key, so I had to walk 5 minutes to another place, when I eventually got in my room the smell was bad and it was dusty, the cleanliness was awful especially in the bathroom. Near the bed there were stains on the wall that looked like blood. I had no choice but to try and sleep there but had a restless night and by 7am I had left, they told me to leave my room card in the room and just go when I left so I did. I emailed a complaint and got no reply, A few days later I emailed again and I was asked what the problem was and told that someone woukd reply on Monday, by Wednesday still nothing so I emailed and received no reply. Today I received a reply with no apology, it said that it says in the small print that you have to get the room key elsewhere, they also said I should have complained at the time. So they expected me to go back out in an unsafe area at 1am and walk 5 minutes to complain when there was only a receptionist working, they also offered me a 20% discount and haven't apologised at any point foe the cleanliness. Honestly do not stay at this hotel, I wouldn't even leave my bags in this hotel ever again let alone the thought of me staying in it, the customer service is terrible and slow and is so badly managed, they just don't care.
