Staff are friendly. Hotel run down. Door to room didn’t lock, sink blocked so water drains slowly, pool dirty and tiles missing, balcony seems to need repair, no hot water for shower, no tea or coffee in room and bedroom adjacent to main road. Overall not worth such a high price.

The staffs are very accommodating. The location is quite good to view the breathtaking Taal.

One of our Favorite Romantic getaway- Grabe We really enjoyed those two nights. Nice food, butter like Service, Serena ambience, it was all worth it! Sana makabalik kami… abang abang ng discounts And promos. Luxurious yung lugar Thai inspired. Plus pet friendly pa. 😍
