When placing an order, we paid for the Ctrip room. When the hotel checked in and we arrived at the door of the hotel, the password was not sent to us (no front desk service), and we had to call to confirm. We had just arrived in a place we were not familiar with, and it was difficult to make phone calls. , the weather was cold and I could only stand in the air vent at the door and make a phone call. Very bad review! ! !
