The staff there did their best to accommodate at every angle although the pool was not open and some of the small shops are not open they still did their best to accommodate.

Made my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.

The lady who helped me check in the front desk was very nice and professional. We reserved two rooms at different times. She helped us to arrange the two rooms as close as possible ( just next door only) . She also explained everything very clearly to guests. Great service!! The two rooms are very clean. However , one room ( with the double beds) had a drain issue in the shower room. The water was drained too slowly. Hopefully, Sahara can put hair filter on the drain to prevent this problem.

Very convenient for families with teenagers. There is one room and one living room. The sofa bed in the living room is large and very comfortable. Once the door is closed, it becomes two independent rooms, each with a large TV that can be connected to the Internet. The toilet is shared and can be entered through different doors without interfering with each other. There is no smoky casino, a full set of cooking utensils and a large refrigerator (bring your own seasonings - they are sold at the convenience store on the first floor). Free parking! Each person is given a bottle of water every day! The most important thing is that it is close to Chinatown and is a 10-minute drive away. It is suitable for those who are tired of buffets. If you have a car, the location is not a problem. It's very quiet and doesn't smell like smoke, oh! There is also a washing and drying machine! It’s great! You can see the big light ball outside the window on the high floor!!!

The stay was great from the room to the location and the price, but on arrival my tub was not clean. My belongings also were moved or taken during room moves or cleaning and not returned prior to leaving. Otherwise, the stay was great!

It was great the girl at front desk helped alot and she was very kind and she also went out her way to help me.The view we had was great as well

It is our number one hotel in Vegas!!! The hotel is very new and it has everything we needed👍🏻 The ice rink was also very pretty, we enjoyed a lot 😍 The room was absolutely perfect, with a very comfy bed and super clean!!! We loved it! We will definitely coming back next time💯💯💯💯💯

The location is really good and the room was really clean the area of the kids family is great like the Sponge Bob experience, some areas of the hotel are really old but everything works ok

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a lovely stay! The hotel is huge with some great facilities. I am not into the casino scene and it made a change that this was more discreetly placed in the hotel compared to some of the others. Pool area was great. Gym and spa really nice. Lots of lifts so easily could access my floor and room. There are restaurants and activities throughout the facilities. Good location and one day we walked the length of the strip! Easy to get Uber or cabs if you want. Also the deuce bus is a few minutes walk round the corner. The big bus open roof tour bus is literally around the corner if you like that. Daily bedding and towel changes from housekeeping.

I love this place. Close to everything. Easy to travel with bus and walking distance to every places. However no drinking water were provided in the room. What more tea or coffee. They charge resort tax, but the resort was closed.
