We booked a room with a kitchen in this hotel. The kitchen is small, but it has all the utensils. The washing machine is on the balcony. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a double bed. The hotel is located near the big ball, separated from the big ball by a wall. If you want to go to the main street of Las Vegas, you have to walk for about half an hour. The room is small, but there is no problem. If you open the folding sofa bed in the living room, our three small suitcases cannot be spread out at the same time.

Room is huge and spacious. Bed is comfortable and toilet is huge and clean. Good location with restaurants and ******. Near to the airport and Las Vegas ***** if you take Lyft. We stayed on the second floor and if you have big luggages, you have to carry it out by the stairs. The housekeeper overlooked to clean the room one day despite reminder and removal of “do not disturb” sign. We are pleased with the stay.

Great hotel with free parking. For the price you get a really good value, big and comfy bed, good shower, of course it’s always a value for money question. I just needed a place to crash for a night and this was the perfect option (close to the strip). I would even stay a couple days there (if budget was a concern) otherwise of course some more expensive hotels are fancier. I really liked the place and I would come back.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (12-13 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms.
The hotel’s location was perfect, with a large mall directly across from the property. We also took a short 15-minute walk to the famous Strip Boulevard, the heart of the city.
The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile.
The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA. While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

Super friendly check in staff (Chris), clean and modern room recently finished in Spa Tower. Great location with easy access to public transportation. The only complaint I have is about the concierge text message system. Left something to be desired. And hotel front desk does not accept take away order on guests' behalf.

Check in was very quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and good value for money. Buses weren’t very accessible, but Ubers were fairly cheap to the *****. There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room, but they did offer coffee by the front desk! We’d stay here again though :)

Nice hotel, especially since some of it has been renovated recently. Our room (2 queen beds deluxe) was one of the newly renovated rooms which was very nice. Could've used a slightly deeper clean, but for a hotel it was pretty nice.
For service, it's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the front desk or in the hotel. Luckily you can check in and check out on the tablets next to the check in desk so you don't even have to talk to anyone, but the ability to have human contact is pretty important for me, whether I need to use it or not.
The pool was recently reopened before our stay and was very nice. The pool hours were pretty short, 10-4, for a beautiful weekend in March when it's 80 degrees outside. For such a nice pool I feel like the hours should be much longer when it's nice and light out until 8pm or so.

Convenient location. Off strip but close enough to the Strip, Chinatown (the good food!) and freeway. Free parking. The only down side I can think of is the small window by the bath tub. It’s a clear window with no curtain. We could see other rooms from that window, so we decided to use a towel to cover it up.

Very Good
QQ.zyThe room is clean, but the facilities are a bit old. It's just that the entrance to the hotel is hard to find and parking is a bit troublesome.
NNickHsu1214It is our number one hotel in Vegas!!!
The hotel is very new and it has everything we needed👍🏻 The ice rink was also very pretty, we enjoyed a lot 😍 The room was absolutely perfect, with a very comfy bed and super clean!!!
We loved it! We will definitely coming back next time💯💯💯💯💯
GGuest UserAn excellent hotel conveniently located along the strip with many restaurants just across the road. You can shop in Ross Dress for Less, go to M&Ms, find a food court and many more nearby. Overall, this is an excellent and reasonable priced hotel and strongly recommended for families.
SSalI had such a terrible day with my flight being canceled and I was really stressed out. On top of the other hotels took my reservation fee but then canceled my booking and I was at Witt’s end, alas however these guys took care of me gave me free champagne free breakfast and upgraded me to a suite because of all that happened. Chuck at the bar was great and all the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys so much for everything!
MMight a mouseChecking in was a breeze however there was a protest going on when I visited and it set the mood before I entered the building. Protestors were animal like with no regards to others as they played loud music and mocked drivers entering in and out of the building. Rooms were standard and photos definitely showed better than in person. Clean rooms at affordable prices, no other complaints here!
GGuest UserStayed here for new years for 5 days. Room itself was fine. View and location is top notch. Right infront of monorail so commute to strip is very good. View was breathtaking aswell especially at new years. Amenities were non existent. No microwave, no COFFEE MAKER, no nothing. Was the room clean. YES. Was the bathroom clean Kinda but was missing drawer handles with the shower head just poking out of the ceiling. Lobby is great and Casino aswell as Sportsbook is top notch. Overall it was alright. Just a little neglected and run down. But still worth the stay for the view and comfy beds.
AABA25We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for those in tight budget. We upgraded into Suit so we love our room. The hotel are very rich in architecture design in a unique way and we dearly love their lunch buffet with loads of palatable selection. Two thumbs up to all staffs for friendly athmosphere all the time, can't fault anyone!!!👌👍🫶💖❤️
GGuest UserGreat location on the strip. Like how it’s linked to walk to other hotels & the monorail is handy, cuts out a little walking time!
Check in easy & staff very helpful. They even checked the notes sent to them via a third party for requests & were very accommodating with that.
One downer was the luggage storage after check out. Only one person doing it all which was ridiculous for a busy weekend, therefore creating a long queue & wait time!
GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you
GGuest UserHit up this hotel in Vegas that’s pretty easy on the wallet and in a solid spot, just a 10-minute stroll from all the big shows at MGM Grand. Felt totally safe around there, even when stepping out at 5 AM for day trips, way before sunrise.
But, just a heads-up, during my week’s stay, housekeeping only swung by once, and they were kinda skimpy on the water, only two small bottles provided. Ended up feeling under the weather one day, stuck in my room feeling rough. Had to ask the staff for more water the next day, and they were super cool about it, hooking me up with five bottles right away.
