Standar Conrad yang sangat berbeda yang saya bayangkan. Kamarnya luas dan baru. F&B - banyak gerai, hanya beberapa yang bagus. Pujasera (setengahnya masih tutup) sangat mengecewakan. Pizza di seberang Red Tail enak. Tidak yakin apakah Zouk/Red Tail ramai pada hari Sabtu. Papan informasi menunjukkan layanan antar-jemput ke bandara/kota, tetapi setelah ditanya, Concerige mengatakan hanya layanan pribadi dan berbayar.

Hotelnya baru dan kamarnya luas, tetapi toiletnya sudah berjamur di sekitar pancuran dan berbau apek. Untungnya, kamarnya masih bersih dan wangi. Kami suka karena tidak banyak orang di hotel, tetapi itu juga berarti tidak banyak meja yang tersedia untuk berjudi dan tidak banyak pilihan makanan. Sepertinya ada beberapa restoran, tetapi ketika Anda meminta tempat duduk, mereka akan memberi tahu Anda bahwa seluruh bagian kosong dengan meja-meja terbuka tidak memiliki pelayan. Ada juga food court, tetapi baru buka setelah pukul 11.00 dan tutup pukul 22.00. Donatnya enak.

One of the best hotels during our holiday! The hotel is very new and doesn't have strong casino smell. Staff are all very friendly, swimming pool, spa and gym are all amazing too! The room is very spacious which made our stay very comfortable, would highly recommended!

Great value even during peak season with big exhibition going on.

To tell you the truth, I’ve had better stays at the Conrad/Hilton resort world. The first few days housekeeping was attentive and cheerful. The rest of the week never saw them, unless I called the front desk. Even when utilized housekeeping never vacuumed the carpet and made the bed even the dirty wet towels were left on the floor as in other hotels to be renewed, which was not done. The casino was clean for the most part, but the servers on the tables were certainly poor at best. I usually tip extremely well, and only after that did they see the servers more than once. The hotel manager or service manager needs to attend a conference on how a service oriented casino should be run. I’ve always felt the staff in any business are a reflection of management. Slight Drawback of the hotel is there no there are no coffee makers in the rooms. However, there is a Starbucks, that does take mobile orders 24 hours. There is a wet bar including two bottles of water in each of the rooms in which an unreasonable surcharge, if utilized. Whoever decided the price for anyone of these items should be arrested for price gouging. The snacks are even placed on a scale that times how long you may be looking at the item in order to decide how many calories or what the ingredients are. My visit was in March, so the pool was not overwhelmed, but was very clean. The fitness center was appropriate and had everything most people would look for. The bistro restaurants at the food court were awesome which was a highlight of my trip. There were foods from all over the world, so should not be a problem for everyone to find something to suit their pallet.  Overall for a clean hotel, NA casino, not filled with smoke I would recommend.

New hotel, simple but elegant. Hotel is located on the end of the strip, so the view is amazing. Lots of food outlet and a small shopping district.
