Only 12 Guests are allowed in the house (Children count as guest too). Violation will result in a $1000 fine from the City and the Security team will be called to remove all guests. IF you get complaints by neighbors by the second time, you will be removed immediately. - Smoking is only allowed on the left side facing the property! (The putting green side). - Trash container will have be stored to the side of garage.
