The garage is locked-off, however there is plenty of outside parking, including 3-spaces in the driveway and a quite, wide street perfect for overflow/boat/RV parking. Two noise level monitors are installed at the property, one is in the interior common area and the other is on the rear patio. This is a requirement for all short term rental properties within the city municipality for the purpose of addressing potential noise complaints from neighbors and is for everyone's benefit. Refer to House Rules for more information. There is a security camera at the exterior entry area, as required by city municipality for security purposes.
