Ulasan Hotel Plaza Las Matas

Hotel is very old but close to the premium outlet mall. Secured parking was excluded. Air con was extremely noisy and it’s like a huge engine inside our room. The breakfast was blah but there was not many choices during the Euro Cup period.

라스 마타스는 조용하고 한적한 마을 입니다. 안전한 주차장이 있어서 좋아요. 주차장은 6.5유로/하루 입나다. 기치역이 근처에 있어서 시내 다니기도 좋습니다.

本來以為是個鄉村二線城市酒店，攜程上的酒店照片看起來土土的風格，一進去大堂很時尚，天花板很高，牆上用各種語言寫了你好，歡迎和再見作為裝飾， 房間很寬敞舒適，桌子很寬適插座位置合適，適合商務出行的臨時辦公需求 注意一般歐洲的酒店都沒有提供梳子，拖鞋，牙膏牙刷。問前台的話可以免費提供一次性的牙膏牙刷，但是沒有拖鞋 早餐選擇多，水果豐富，有鮮榨果汁，咖啡機上可以選擇各種熱飲咖啡等

-Baños, muy bien. -Camas, cómodas, firmes.Se podría dormir bien. -Buffet,algo escaso,pero no está mal. -Ubicación,lo peor. Cogimos tres habitaciones. Dos de ellas daban para una central eléctrica o yo qué sé lo que era eso(subo foto). El caso es que puse la aplicación en el móvil para ver el magnetismo etc,y subían los datos en ciertos sitios de la aplicación. Llevaba tres hijos y dormimos solo una noche,pero estaba deseando salir corriendo de allí,no solo por el ruido,sino también por miedo a que no fuera bueno para la salud. Por otro lado, aún apagando el aire acondicionado,en la habitación había otro ruido a máquina que no dejaba dormir bien. Otro dato importante es que está frente a las vías del tren,aunque el ruido del paso de estos puede llegar a molestar si eres algo delicado para dormir. En cuanto al trato personal,a excepción de una señora que me trató regular por teléfono,el resto,muy bien. ¿Repetiría?Sin lugar a dudas,NO.

All good with the hotel but as with all hotels I used this time around in Europe (Spain and Germany), the rooms have that embedded tobacco smell! Other than that all good. Very frie dly personnel.

It is a small hotel with a very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and very clean and comfortable.

They would not refund a mistaken 14-day stay when it was 2. Always screen-shoot your Orbitz when booking this terrible place.
