Mannix Urban Apartments

Coming to the end of a montrh long stay at trhe Mannix apartments. The locastion could not be better to visit the wonderful city of Las Palmas and its world class Las Canteras beach.The staff were very helpful and the apartment was kept clean daily.We had some extreme heat early on and the lack of air con was an issue, but the staff were able to resolove that for us. We would love to return.

Its been almost a year since I first stayed in the Mannix Urban Hotel and I have been there on many occasions over the past year. The location of the hotel is very central and easily accessed from the Airport and from surrounding areas as the bus station is less than a ten minute walk from the Hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and a smell of freshness greets you the minute you walk in. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils should you wish to cook during your stay. Some apartments have balconies and you should try and book one if they are available though they are on a busy street , but in my opinion well worth it. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are hundreds of cafes. restaurants and bars overlooking the fabulous promenade which looks stunning at nighttime. My main praise however is for the staff of the family run hotel. Especially Cristina and Daniel they are always on hand and are so pleasant and welcoming, they make you feel more like a friend rather than a customer. Unfortunately on one occasion I was ill while I was staying there but on that day Cristina went out of her way to go to the chemist and the shop for me and get me everything that I needed. Both she and Daniel rang my room to check on me throughout the day and I am extremely grateful to them for their concern and help I would have no hesitation at all in recommending the Mannix Urban Hotel to anybody whether its for a short or long stay and I hope to have the opportunity to visit them again.

I have stayed at the Mannix Urban Apartment complex three times recently. The apartment are very centrally located, public transport is excellent and within a few minutes walk and they are only a few minutes walk from the fabulous beach at Las Canteras. The apartments are very modern and are finished to a high standard and include a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster kettle all cutlery and crockery. They even leave a sealed bag with a cloth, sponge and washing up liquid. The rooms are spotlessly clean and smell so fresh the minute you walk in. The house keeping staff are very friendly and obviously take pride in keeping the place to its very high standards of cleanliness. The staff are really what make this place so good. Cristina and Daniel are so welcoming and friendly and they make you feel like you are the most important guest there, Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go above and beyond to make your stay as relaxing as possible. All covid restrictions are strictly adhered to at the Mannix Urban. I can not recommend these apartments and the wonderful staff highly enough and look forward to visiting again.

Este apartamento ha sido una gran elección. Excelente localización y muy buen ambiente en la zona. Sin embargo, también es un buen lugar desde el que poder trabajar ya que, a pesar de todo el ambiente que hay en la zona, se encuentra en un calle muy tranquila. Un agradecimiento especial a Alberto que me ayudó en todo lo que necesité, me recomendó muchísimos lugares a los que ir y se mostró siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitase. Repetiría sin duda!
