Ein tolles Hotel im Zentrum der Altstadt von Las Palmas. Die Suiten sind, ebenso wie das gesamte Hotel, mit Liebe und sehr, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterasse ist TOP! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück eine Wucht. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit der Räume. Bei leichtem Schlaf, wie bei mir, ist um 06.30 Uhr spätestens Ende der Bettruhe. Dann trampelt es im Haus an allen Ecken und Enden. Trotzdem kommen wir jederzeit gerne wieder.

This hotel is another gem in the old town of Las Palmas! The suites have plenty of space, are clean and well equipped. The staff is very kind and helpful, and Lucia is a nice lady that gives you all kind of good advices. The breakfast is a wonderful experience, the tables are placed in the old patio with a fountain, and the products are delicious (local cheese, jamon, exotic fruits, home made cookies, tasty cofee) . Our stay here was a real pleasure!

This is a great boutique hotel in the centre of the historic quarter of Las Palmas. Lucia and Miriam looked after us really well and we're super hosts. We loved the breakfast, which was very high quality with friendly service. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We also loved the original art on the walls. This is not a bland big brand hotel but rather an experience in itself. We loved the terrace on the top floor with the lovely views of the Catheral and surrounding area. Tip: if you are hiring a car and wanting to use the hotel car park, then hire a small car. Getting in and out if the car park is extremely tight and the Las Palmas streets are very narrow. We had a great time at this hotel and definitely recommend.

Tucked into old town, this place is a hidden gem. Our suite was on the top floor with a rooftop patio with views of a nearby church and the streets below. The bed is cozy with windows on three sides. The mini kitchen has an espresso machine and tea kettle. Very comfy

This is a fabulous place to stay It’s very centrally located close to the cathedral and situated in the historic quarter . It’s within easy reach of many nice restaurants The rooms are spacious and very very clean and have all the facilities you could possible need . The building is very elegant with fabulous artwork on the walls and around every corner. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of meats and cheeses. Cereal yoghurts and fruit. Breads and cakes and some hot options in a buffet format The staff are the best aspect of the place . Lucia is the lead and she is so helpful and responsive and all of the staff that we met are professional helpful and super friendly. We are already planning our return

Perfectly placed for the old town, this immaculate hotel is one of the nicest that we have ever stayed in - anywhere in the world. It's the closest that you'll get to a perfect hotel. The breakfast is superb and the staff exceptional. Unhesitatingly recommended.

The staff at Suites 1478 was the most helpful of any hotel we've ever stayed at. For example, my adapter for using a US plug in a European outlet broke. When they didn't have one to lend me, they offered to buy one for me. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the art in the hotel. The location was excellent. Although we had a large living and dining room, the room had no refrigerator.

Absolutely stunning building, wonderful facilities and very friendly staff. Situated a stones throw from the Cathedral in the old town makes it a perfect base. Room (suite) was very generous and well equipped. The breakfast offering was probably the best we have when away. Quality and range of food was absolutely fantastic.

Unique hotel, impressive big and beautiful rooms, luxury toiletry, linens, decor, design, attention to detail. Great for family, couple or solo stay. Great internet. Beautiful location. Easy parking on street across from hotel. We will return for sure.

The hotel is located centrally and the apartment is very clean and spacious, the breakfast is also delicious with tasty local products. But the apartment n. 1 which we were assigned has inconveniences: noise from the street (and no soundproof windows), plus you need to go difficult stairs down to reach the bathroom from the bed, and this is a challenge and quite dangerous at night. Also, although the hotel has a pick-up service from the airport, they charge it for 45 EUR for the hotel clients, which is more than a normal taxi - this was another foul.

As you said the room has two flats and you already knew that the room is a bit noisy as it's says in the web page because is just next to the street were cars in the morning can make some noise. The think is that if you have issues to sleep with noise you should have tell us and as I send you an email informing you, you should have change of rooms. Also about the transfer, the normal bussines is that if you booked a private transfer with a good car, AC, and all the facilities to pick your thing is the airport the cost if it is higher than the taxi, is a normal thing to charge to it. We have just had a wonderful couple of nights stay at Suites 1478. From the moment we arrived we received a very warm welcome from Lucia who showed us where to park. She took us to our suite and I cannot recommend attic suite 9 enough - it has its own terrace with sun beds, lounge chairs and sitting area. The perfect place to sit in an evening and there is an honesty bar so you you can have a drink while enjoying the view of the Cathedral. The position of the hotel is perfect for visiting the old town. The breakfast is very nice with a lovely selection of breads, cheese, meats, fruit and pastries. All the staff are friendly but Lucia is exceptionally hospitable and I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 4 nights at Suites 1478 and it was outstanding. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location is great and very close to the cathedral. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended

The Suites are extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is ideally located to visit the old town in Las Palmas. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a room with balcony over the street which was a little noisy but did not cause us any problem as the street is not that busy. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Our only problem was that the basin in the bathroom blocked but when we mentioned it at breakfast by the time we returned to our room it was sorted! The hotel also has a roof terrace looking out over the town which was very pleasant in the evening.

We came here on a short four-night stay for some winter sun and this hotel and historic surroundings didn’t disappoint. It was one of the best stays we've ever had! Absolutely loved the staff, location, breakfast, ambience and style of the hotel and adored our room.

Situated in the heart of the historic quarter - keep your eyes peeled for the hotel sign - we missed as we drove slowly up the narrow street. Staff so welcoming and helped me park the car in an underground car park nearby - love the honesty bar on the rooftop - see pic. Our room nicely furnished and done nice touches with fridge, kettle etc
