Ulasan Icon Hotel

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

this is a good hotel to stay for business, the room was good and clean, location also consider okay. will stay there again for next trip

Our room phone did not have a dial tone on day 2. And the infinity pool is deceiving. Not clearly stated pool hours.

小偷多 一定要小心

房間乾淨，視野好，可以看到雪山，就是房間有點小 沒起來吃早餐，不知道怎麼樣～ 住在5樓，半夜一點有一夥人很吵，不知道是幾樓的，也沒人出來制止

超性價比！非常時髦的氛圍，房間舒適，工作人員友善，顏值都很高，英文好；早餐非常棒，新鮮水果品種好；地段安全，離地鐵走出來這段沒有危險，下次還會住這裏

Tuve muchos problemas para validar la reserva, el chek in fue muy lento, hotel llenísimo, habitación normal sin agua de cortesía, paredes cochinas, baño limpio. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, puedes salir a caminar e ir a comprar agua y comida cerca. En el techo está el sky club 23, donde está la piscina que es mucho más chica de lo que se ve en fotos, comer o tomar algo es muy caro. Desayuno muy poca variedad de cosas, no vale la pena, al tener cerca tantas cosas, mejor no contratar desayuno y salir a desayunar por ahí, cerca hay un Starbucks. Me quedo con la arquitectura del hotel que es hermoso.

Leí muchos comentarios negativos del servicio, después de reservar, me lleve una grata sorpresa todo muy bien... Recibí una botella de vino de cortesía. Solo que el hielo a la habitación (lo venden en $10.000) así que lo compré en una tienda cercana ($1.000)
