Room was very spacious but you can notice that the room amenities are a little bit outdated. The kettle we had in our room was not functioning properly that we had to ask for a replacement. However, location is great for the price point.

Very friendly staffs. Very accommodating. I love staying here. Booked another day for extension.

nice hotel not far from grand gaisano and airport. the staff is professional and helpfull. there is a convenience store in the lobby. the swimming pool is nice except when local families have a party (noise, people in shirts and shorts in the water)... definitively a place to stay a few days .

Extended another night and went well. Reception was great to accommodate us. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Older condo units. No pets, no noise, staff pretty rude and shushing people to not speak out loud. Gave my guests a hard time.

Renting with my family in Crown Regency Villa, although the house is old but everyday the house keeper will make sure that all the beddings, towels and toiletries are changed and cleaned. Me & my family stayed 4 nights was comfortable and contented . Planning to book again in this Hotel if there’s another family gathering😊

Old hotel, Had 2 rooms, 1on 3rd floor and other on floor 4. Floor 3 was smaller but cozy. Old hotel and not much invested in sustainability or modernization. Old electricals, fridge, tv.. pretty much outdated. Im guessing the effect of covid and lockdown. The bigger room on 4th floor was 2room suite, nice but old, a bit more maintained. 3rd floor was dusty room. Breakfast is not open buffet, food is good but small menu. Staff is very wel manored, kind and helpfull. Clearly they have experience in running a hotel. Covid lockdown and tourist restrictions made a toll on it. Swimingpool was nice to swim in. Nearby on walking distance you have SM hypermarket, take taxi can go to metro bc next to higheay, big warehouse. Conclusion i hope they can have some income to invest in hotel a bit, otherwise very nice hotel. I went to 9 and 10th floor. Probably shouldnt, "curiosity killed the cat" i was interested in spa.

Staff we're friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Place looks nice and staffs are very kind. Rooms are big and with nice kitchen and tub.
