Shangri-La Mactan was paradise! Crystal-clear beach, endless toddler fun at Adventure Zone, and serene Ocean Wing views. Perfect family escape—our 4yo and 6mo loved every moment!

We stayed at the Shanghai-La Mactan Cebu for a week. The resort is absolutely gorgeous with incredible employees- everyone is helpful and courteous. The resort has multiple daily activities including snorkeling which were great. We tried most of the restaurants and they were great! Acqua which was Italian was tasty ; Buko Bar was also yummy! Highly recommended for a relaxing hotel with good pools and calm environment.

The hotel itself is great, and our family room was spacious and comfortable. The dining experience was excellent, with a well-balanced buffet breakfast and quick poolside service via a convenient QR code system.
However, the check-in process was a bit drawn-out. After I thought I had completed everything, I was called by phone back to pay a deposit. They mentioned they would contact me when the room was ready, but I never received a call. I ended up going back later on my own, and while the staff did apologize, it was still an inconvenience.
My only other gripe is the lack of valet parking, which I would expect at a hotel of this standard. Instead, guests have to walk roughly 250 meters each way to the car park, which can be uncomfortable in the heat.
Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups

Very good service and it is worth the stay.
They even give my wife a birthday cake since we celebrated it during our stay to this gorgeous hotel
