I was in a hurry and didn’t see the room type. I booked a big bed of 1.5 meters. When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, the lady helped me change the 1.8. It was too thoughtful. ～ The room was small but the living was very comfortable. It continued for another day. The front desk lady of the hotel is warm and caring, the room is clean and tidy, and the room is intelligent. If there is a problem, timely feedback is solved, and the attitude is very good. GGuest UserDuring this trip to Lanzhou, I stayed at Hanting Hotel Zhangye Pedestrian Street. It was very convenient to travel around. It was very close to Zhongshan Iron Frame and White Pagoda Park. There was also a street in front of the hotel called Dazhong Lane, which had all kinds of delicious food. It was quiet and comfortable to rest at night. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk were also very polite. I was very satisfied with the service. I will stay at Hanting Hotel here next time.

GGuest UserI went back to Lanzhou for the Spring Festival and stayed for eight consecutive nights. This was also the hotel I booked after reading reviews before traveling. After checking in, I found it was really good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. I originally booked a double bed room. When I saw that I was with my child, I immediately said that I would change it to a twin bed room. The room was large and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows and air conditioning. It was cleaned in time every day. Fruits and coffee were given free of charge during the Spring Festival. The experience in all aspects was in line with the five-star standard. I recommend that you consider staying! In addition, the restaurant of the same name next to the hotel is delicious and the private room environment is comfortable. I ate several meals in a row, and both adults and children liked it very much! The hotel has a superior geographical location. The Tuanjiexincun subway station is 100 meters to the right of the door. The Jinqiang beef noodles next to the subway entrance must be punched in for breakfast every day! It was a perfect experience!

What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏
Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

The front desk Xiao Wang provided very good service. After confirming my membership level, he also sent me breakfast. … this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
